  If you try to move the file to the CD, then it is not possible to make changes on the data stored in the CD. You must copy the data to the computer, and then make the necessary changes. You can also make the changes before saving the data to a CD.

  So far, I've implemented the TC and set up Time Machine on the TC.  I was able to create 2 partitions on the TC using disk utility then that TM was a backup and the disk was recognizable in disk utility.

  Under Finder/shared, I see the TimeCapsule 'airport', and when I click on it it is a file called "Data".  I was expecting to see my two partitions here.  Under 'Features' is a ' Zissou31 MacBook Air (3)"sparsebundle file and I can also create folders here and drag and drop files on the TC here.  I can see the partitions in disk utility, but how do I see/use the partitions I created in the Finder?

  I fear that this may not be set up correctly and I'm either losing on an entire partition I created or these files dragged/dropped may be at risk of overwriting of TimeMachine.  How can I make sure that the file analysis is on the appropriate partition?

  I disabled TimeMachine and go back to see if I could 'point' to one of the partitions, but the "Data" folder is the only thing that TimeMachine seen.  How do I point time Machine for one of the partitions?

  In addition, in disk utility, I can see one of the partitions TC is related to the time Machine, indicated by the icon Time Machine green bottom left, but two partitions seem to fall under "Zissou31 of the MacBook Air (3) .sparsebundle.

• Cannot add an audio Transition VIA Drag and Drop... Next in the classroom in a book.

  I work through Premier Pro classroom in a book, and I can add audio transitions in all the different ways they ask for.

  Default shortcut as well as through the sequence menu.

  I can't add a drag and drop any kind crossfade. Not between audio or at the beginning or end of the sequence.

  Y at - it a setting that I turned on to turn it off? It seems that since I'm following the examples of book and there was no mention of any weird behaviour that should not be the case.

  We tried a few things and looked in the forums, but nobody seems to have the same problem.

  OK I found it.

  Looks like I got accidentally audio transition default to 0.01 seconds time in the preferences panel.

  Please note that the Clipboard format is not something that we intend to create directly and they may change in a future version of TestStand. So if you do this, keep in mind that it is possible, it may not work in a future version of TestStand (i.e. we do not support creating Clipboard elements directly).

  No, you cannot drag a Favicon in your bookmarks. If you drag a tab favorite icon, all that would happen is that you would be again to add the bookmark and the favicon may not be kept if it was not the first time that you have saved the first time. Try it and see what happens...

  There is no field for Favicon in the context menu of bookmark. There used to be a couple of extensions available at different times which allowed users to add a favicon to a bookmark, but it's been a while that we have seen this type of extension that was compatible.

  It is normal and expected for large displacement and falls.  If you need to move large files or allow large groups of file, and then transfer them via VMware Shared Folders and or a share of normal network (SMB/CIFS) for multitasking.

  Yes, but the fact that you can do something does not suggest that it would be wise to do. Please take a minute to think about it per.

  If you delete files on your Mac for free space and move them to the TC... so that only one copy of these files you will be on the TC.  What will happen to the files when... not if... you have a problem with the TC?

  A plan much better, faster and more secure would be to add a USB to your Mac and move your files there. Then, Time Machine can back up your Mac and the USB attached to your Mac to the TC.  It would be a minimum backup... plan your files 'master' on the USB drive and 'backups' on the TC.

  I'm totally stumped! I tried a myriad of common things...uninstalled/reinstalled VMWARE, then Tools, then even tried to create new guests. I do not have eccentric tweaks or customizations. It is a desktop PC that I use for a laboratory test and my business. I have no other problems in addition to this. Yet, on my other system, essentially a nearly identical configuration, I don't have this problem.

  SOLUTION FOUND!

  The problem boils down to a matter of RUN AS ADMIN. On the HOST problem, it has been set to RUN as administrator. I've not done this! He has just installed that way automatically. Once I stopped that and it ran normally, all was well again. Read below for more details.

  I have two virtual HOST machine configurations almost identical - we'll we'll call HOST 1 and HOST 2. HOST 2 works perfectly without a problem. Drag and drop, to navigate to drives mapped to access NAS stored VMs, etc...

  I began to compare what was similar vs. different between the two. On HOST 1 (problem child even as I could slide properly - drop on), I noticed that I could not navigate to my NAS location where some virtual machines are stored. In the left navigation panel, the mapped drives would appear as drive letters with question marks next to them as you can see in the image below.

  

  I deleted the mapped drives then mapped them still fresh, did an other CLEAN uninstall VMWARE WS PRO 12. I combed the registry, records and checked for devices hidden in Device Manager. Clean as a whistle! I reinstalled 12 Workstation and returned the problem! I could yet drag-and - drop properly or navigate to mapped drives. Then I noticed the HOST 2 that he was not being RUN as administrator. Really? So, I removed this parameter and TA DA! Everything started to work properly. I don't know if it's a bug, or knowledge common to others but for me it was new. I don't know why, by default, when installing 1 HOST went down VMWARE to run as administrator, but it was.

  Bottom line - do not run VMWARE as an administrator.

  Try and select the object complete, then object > model > done. This can generate a more descriptive error message. Will there be a clipping mask in your work?

  You can drag and drop a picture in a form in v4.3 Pages ' 09, but this can be done in any version of v5 Pages. Quite different applications, as well as more recent Pages has lost about 100 features that were in its antecedent.

  Check if you have Pages ' 09 v4.3 in your Applications: iWork ' 09 file. If so, use it.

  Pages v5 requires that you select a shape, and then on the Image tab in the right panel, you choose Image, scale to fill fill, and then select your image for the background. You cannot select this image from the inside, but you can add text to the form that will appear on your image.
