Cannot restart after El Capitan put 10.11.6 updated
I have a MacBook Pro (13-inch, mid 2012) with the OS X10.11.5 (15F34). When the update to 10.11.6, rebooting is not the case, the update is not implemented. Finder and System Information.app do not react. It is impossible to relaunch the Finder or kill the Information.app system. I tried a hard stop, but I come back to the same situation, even after waiting the necessary time to reopen not already running applications. How to do this?
The only application that I recently installed is Express Scribe, a transcription software I really need and I am reluctant to remove or uninstall. Is there a solution? Thanks in advance for your help.
Try to boot inSafe Mode and see if the problem persists? This will allow to test if the problem is in your user or system.
Restart now ' shift '.
(Wait to take more time to start in this way because it runs a check of directory first. Also give it some time after the start because he runs maintenance routines at the beginning).

Cannot restart after failure of the accident or the power
I have two Sandisk Ultra II 240 GB SSD and this has happened at a time using Windows 7 and Windows 10. Basically if my laptop is not closed properly - off without shutdown or restart, the laptop completely failed to restart Windows. This has happened on Win 7 and 10, but at least 10 gave me an error message with an error Code 0 x 0000185 and something abut my MSConfig being unreadable file or something. Whenever I have to wipe the hard drive and reinstall Windows and watever I do, this happens again and again and cannot restart the computer. Is this a bug? I tried this with a total of three different Sandisk Ultra II SSD and it happens over and over again. Help?
Hello
This could be related to any other equipment that you use on the specific computer, so my suggestion would be to try one of the disks on another computer to see if the problem is in the car.

Cannot restart after SP1 cross post w / repair forum
I have Vista Home Premium and tried to install SP1 on Saturday. At this point!: Oxc01a001d! 9006/94145 (\Registry\Machine\COMPONENTS\DerivedData\...)
(number is maybe not exact) and would not go away, nor computer laptop will re-start in Windows, just kept trying to get SP1 and would get to the variations of the foregoing. After research from husband, tried to make first a repair, which has reached a certain point, then kept by train (over 12 hours). Tried to do a restore, start installation of Vista DVD/CD in safe mode; seemed promising, but got to "finalize... '. "and kept spinning there; Finally restarted laptop and it ended in a similar like note above (!) Oxc01a001d! 9006/94145 (\Registry\Machine\COMPONENTS\DerivedData\...))
This laptop has a few years of data on it - I don't want to lose. How can I complete the restore? BTW, the restore point is SP1 - I - I reason to suppose, that a restoration, if you walk back me to right before this point?

Went to Microsoft Update and downloaded and installed a few optional upgrades, including one about a driver. After installation, will not restart. Arrive at the page Windows XP will then black screen and then the boot selection list. Is "glued" to the normal startup and arrows don't work for go mode without failure or any other option. He just times down, try to reboot and loop. Help!
Hello
Have updates you installed?
You can check the KB number for the update in the update history:
1. Click Start, click all programs, and then click Windows Update or Microsoft Update.
2. on the Windows Update Web site or the Microsoft Update Web site, click on view update history.Step 1: Unplug the power cable, the keyboard and mouse and then reconnect it back. Now, check if you're able to boot in safe mode (by using the arrow keys) or normal mode. Send back the same.
Step 2: Alternatively, you can restore the system from the recovery console.

Cannot restart after a repair disk Warrior
I have an iMac 27 "(2010, je pense) running 10.11.2 and a terabyte of hard drive, which is more than half full." He has been doing progressively slower for some time, so I bought Disk Warrior to rebuild the directory and, hopefully, speed things up. The whole reconstruction process takes about 24 hours, which seemed a lot of time for me, but, finally, he informed me that everything had been repaired. However, now when I try to reboot, I get the chime and then the logo apple with progress bar, but who just stops after 5 seconds. I tried to reset the PMU and NVRAM but no joy. I also tried the disk utility apple recovery mode running to see if there was a problem with the permissions, but no joy there. Would there be any point in rerunning Disk Warrior? I had rather not go through another 24 hours without the computer, if there is a faster solution. Any ideas anyone?
Try a boot sure try safe mode if your Mac does not end commissioning - Apple Support
FWIW Disk Warrior is not intended to be used for the purposes of general maintenance. It is mainly to fix problems that disk utility can not and for the recovery of lost files. If your Mac is slow, it is probably caused by material insufficient, intrusive or incompatible software or a problem hardware no software will correct. When you get your Mac running again to run and view a report of EtreCheck and we can give you some suggestions for return to normal http://etrecheck.com/

Cannot restart after the update of XP last night (08/13/09)
Power the computer off last night, he said "stop after installing updates", so I just left the office.
Is here this morning, the computer will not re-start in safe mode or safe mode with command prompt.
I get the "Sorry for the inconvenience" screen
A ran a chkdsk and rebuild bootcfg
When I try to start in safe mode, it seems to load takes with several lines of things like:
"multi (0) disk (0) rdisk (0) partition (1) \WINDOWS\system32\ntoskrnl.exe ' etc, etc.
then hangs just at a black screen with the last few lines of that on it.
I can get start menu with f8, I can run the retore console, but I can't get a safe mode prompt to try a system restore from there.
HELP, I'm stuck. And Yes, I know it's a Questionmark XP a Vista forum, but I can't find the XP forum.

Cannot restart after the update
Hi givepaulhelp,
Since you was not able to continue the analysis as possible you have spyware or virus. Here are a few options for scanning your system. No one program can catch them all.

Visit our Microsoft answers feedback Forum and let us know what you think. Two more days but I'm getting nowhere other than having may be a better solution on what is false. It seems that, although the Windows Genuine Advantage Validation auditor finds that my copy of Vista Ultimate is valid, it always returns a 0x80070426 error (also an error 0 x 80070002). I can't turn on the software licensing service and various functions do not work (for example control panel, windows update, audio). The report below (now that I finally understood how to generate it) will probably be helpful to someone who knows more about this stuff than me.
I tried spyware and malware scans of four different programs all came the harmless (other than tracking cookies) empty, so I think that the problem is related to my registry get corrupted when I tried to install an update to Windows (or IE8). My problem looks roughly the same as that for the guy in this link: http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/genuinevista/thread/5c956fd9-0ade-4841-8383-c53e93d47680 but before I try something stupid, please give me a start. (As I have tried scannow and I can't boot mode safe (only ' disable the drive Signature Enforcement'), the solutions in this link don't work anyway) I think that it all boils down to getting the software licensing service to work and maybe a few other corrupt fixing registry entries. Could a SP2 install on do I cure everything?

I've updated a security update today 2016-001 10.11.6 as my computer does not, restart a few visits on this page
Shut down the computer using the power switch, and then restart. After the restart, hold down the option/alt key while clicking on the menu and select system information. Refer to the Installation section to see if the update has been installed. If this is not the case, use the link below to download the update. This happened to me when I tried to install it.

This VM could not become vSphere protected HA and HA cannot attempt to restart after a power failure
ESXI 4.0 3 running virtual machines.
600 GB HDD / 8 Gigas of RAM / Xenon QuadCore.
ESXI 5.5 (I had two).
Using Raid 01 (1 TB)
RAM of 64 Gbite
Hearts CoreI5 Xenon proceso.
VCenter server deployment with Vmware Storage appliance.
Problem:
I've had enough material resources, in fact, I had twice the disk space and memory to four times more in the reception of news
When migrating virtual machines in ESXI 4 server and get Vcentener turn it on the message "this VM could not become vSphere protected HA and HA cannot attempt to restart after a power failure. "
I do not understand because the servers have resources, I can't find what is wrong.
Should I use another method of migration?
Once that you have migrated, can solve this problem without re-migration of computers?
I found this post, but it's no imformation.
Thank you

Problems lately with my iMac 27 "5 K. After putting to sleep, it is restarts after about 2 hours. If I wake up it before that date, it is usually very good. But after 2 hours, it restarts. Sometimes, I find it just be stopped. Most of the time when it restarts itself, it crashes with this gray bar filled about 80% progress. I have reset the PRAM and EMS, checked all the settings in power management (not set to restart after power failure for example).
Another problem I 'bypassed' which may or may not be related (I'm including in case it is related) is that on El Capitan, my magic trackpad would randomly wake the iMac. I had to disable the option to allow devices BT wake up the Mac. When I upgraded to Sierra, the iMac still wake up randomly due to an event of BT. After a lot of trial and error, activate the option "allow bluetooth to computer devices" back prevented the wake-ups at random and let me wake up the computer again deliberately with the trackpad. Very strange.
In any case, I'm usually pretty ingenious to resolve this sort of thing myself, but the Console to Sierra news is terrible. Or maybe it's the system logs that are terrible, because I can't find anything about the causes of previous judgment that might provide a clue as to what is happening here.
So, any advice on how to solve the problem or at least to determine the causes of the previous stop would be greatly appreciated!
