Cannot run the system at boot restore upward and I don't have my CD it was broken. I could use my product key?

My Windows Vista cannot run the restore of the system at startup, and it says press F11 to enter recovery mode and it dosen't work.
I can't use the CD/DVD from the CD/DVD because my dad broke it.
Can I do to solve this problem?

Hello

Contact the computer manufacturer and ask them why F11 does not work to start recovery to factory settings...

Or other difficulty the CD / DVD Drive and ask the manufacturer of the computer of a set of to reinstallthe Operatying system recovery disks.

They do normally for a low cost

Any other tips we now give you another above, you should always a working CD / DVD player.

For this you need a DVD player:

You can also borrow and use a Microsoft Vista DVD, which contains the files for the different editions of Vista (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate) must be installed. The product key on your computer / Laptop box determines what Edition is installed.

Other manufacturers recovery DVDs are should not be used for this purpose.

And you need to know the version of 'bit' for Vista, as 32-bit and 64-bit editions come on different DVDs

Here's how to do a clean install of Vista using a DVD of Vista from Microsoft:

    Why my iMac (27 inch, mid 2011) cannot run Windows 10 in boot camp? And if he can't, he would work in something like parallels?

    To be honest, Windows 10 is compatible with your Mac, but Apple does not release from Windows 10 drivers for it. There are various guides on the Internet to install the drivers for Boot Camp Windows 10 even if your Mac is not supported, but follow them at your own risk (don't forget that you won't receive help to make).

    However, you are free to run Windows 10 on a virtual machine. To do this, you can use Parallels, VMware or VirtualBox, but remember that a virtual machine will give you less performance than Windows natively on your iMac. Read-> Windows in BootCamp or Virtual Machine?

    There is no further information on what happened, it just says: a problem has been detected and windows has shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

    I don't know any specs on the system (processor, memory, ect) I was given this laptop from edge of my guy on the ground.  I searched and I can't find any info on this Stop error message.  It was not a new hardware or software installed on the laptop recently, other than a possible update of Windows, I'm not sure.

    Whenever the system is booted it shutsdown and the BSOD right before seeing the screen Ctrl Alt Del to log on.  I tried the Safe Mode, Mode safe mode with network and command prompt.  Each instance you get to the log in window, but when after entering my info and loggging stop immediately with the same BSOD.  I also tried the last good Config known with no luck.

    Also, the hard drive is encrypted so I can just shoot and get a backup of it before you try to reinstall the operating system.  I have not tried to repair windows, yet, I'm waiting to try other solutions if they are there.

    If anyone can point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.  If you need any other information, just ask and I'll give you everything I can.

    Hi I encounter an error message "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You don't have appropriate permissions to access. »

    The error message every time I click on administrative tools of the window (including the Control Panel, windows update, the Windows Explorer, etc.) but without impact on other programs I have.

    I rebooted in safe mode and discover that everything works fine (no error message will appear when you click on window management tools).

    I proceed to do a clean boot-> first disable all services of third parties (message yet to come), and then clear the components of the service windows (message yet to come)

    I tried to type "explorer.exe" in the start menu-> search field then click right highlight to run with administrative rights, then received another message of error "Server execution failed".

    I am the administrator account on this PC - and have full access.

    The error seems to have appeared on 11 August after Windows Update the following:

    Update of security for Microsoft Windows (KB2536276, 2556532 2559049, 2560656, 2563894, 2567680), and

    Update for Microsoft Windows KB2563227

    A security update for the Microsoft.net framework 4 client profile (verson 1)

    There is no installation of any software or updates outside the windows update.

    I also tried to restore the windows before August 10, 2011, but that did nothing.

    As the error prevents me to access any object Admin window - I'm unable to retrieve the product ID and write to Microsoft Tech and ask for help.

    I hope some of you can offer the suggestion of possible solutions (I really want to re - install window 7 and other software, I'm sure).

    Thank you.

    My solution works in about 2 minutes, it's a very weird error and only happened to 3 jobs in the last 3 years, this solution does not need to create another account if local administrator is active and allows access to the corrupt user documents ect.

    Log in as the local administrator or a domain administrator

    If the local administrator is not activated refer to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555910 and after completing these newspapers of steps on the local administrator account.

    Locate the user for example files. C:\Users\[username]\

    If you see no AppData press Alt to see the toolbar at the top of the window, select Tools > folder options, go to the view tab and select "Show hidden files, folders and drives" click OK.

    Go to AppData\Local

    Select all (Ctrl + a).

    Delete

    * Do not delete credentials (as it will remove their wallpaper) *.

    This allows to release the error.

    Hello

    Normally, the recovery on a system partition is accessible by using a F key at the start of the initial system. For the corresponding key or combination of keys, see the documentation for your system or online from the manufacturer support.

    If you need a recovery media, you will need to contact the manufacturer for such. Do not use a retail disk as often, they do not contain the necessary drivers for the owner builder systems.

  • Cannot run the system error PrintMaster 2012 PlatinumBasic has been replaced by Windows Vista Aero in Windows Vista Basic.

    Original title: PrintMaster 2012 PlatinumBasic

    After you install the above program, I am not able to open it. I get a message saying that the color scheme has been changed from Windows Vista Aero to Windows Vista Basic. However, the program is still not open. Any ideas on what I should do?

    Hello

    1. is the issue limited to the program Print Master 2012 base Platinum?

    If you receive a message that some Visual elements, such as transparency, have been turned off or if you receive a message that the color scheme has been changed to Windows Vista Basic, one of the following might have happened:

    ·         A program that you are using is not compatible with the Windows Aero color scheme. When you run a program that is not compatible with the Windows Aero color scheme, some Visual elements are automatically disabled. When the program is not is more running, the Visual elements that have been disabled will then automatically lit.

    ·         Your computer does not have to have enough memory to run all of the programs that you have open and also run the Windows Aero color scheme. Try closing some windows or changing your color scheme to Windows Vista Basic. If Windows automatically changed your game of colors in Windows Vista Basic, and you want to change it back to Windows Aero after closing some windows, follow these steps.

    See the link below:

    Why are some Visual elements will automatically turn off?

  • How to fix my computer laptop vaio to restart so I can get to the login screen my sceen is the Windows Boot Manager screen, and I don't have a disk so how can I solve this without disc

    Remember - this is a public forum so never post private information such as numbers of mail or telephone!

    Ideas:

    • You have problems with programs

    • Recent changes to your computer

    Restore point:

    Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

    Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

    Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    If restore work not and you do not have a Vista DVD from Microsoft, do a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:
    Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.
    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.
    When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.
    Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.
    Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.
    In addition, ask them if you have a recovery Partition on your computer/laptop to restore it to factory settings.
    See if a manual provided with the computer or go to the manufacturer's website, email or you can call for information on how to make a recovery.
    Normally, you have to press F10 or F11 at startup to start the recovery process...
    Another way I've seen on some models is press F8 and go to a list of startup options, and launch a recovery of standards of plant with it, by selecting the repair option.
    You can also make recovery disk/s for the recovery Partition in case of a system Crash or hard drive failure.
    You mean reinstall the OS completely? If you have Vista DVD you can do, however, make sure
    totally your data out of the backup drive and you need to reinstall your programs. If you do not
    have Vista discs, you can buy them in your machine to cheap system. If you don't care about any existing
    programs, then you can make a complete new installation - just select the format options that wipes the
    entire disk (This erases all data as well).
    Some system manufacturers use Partitions of recovery as well as other methods to allow you to return back
    for a completely new installation. So check with your system manufacturer to see what options you need
    do that - and it can certainly be done - just a question of the system machine processes
