Cannot save v2 on the site Web of SanDisk e280.
I just bought a new v2 e280 at the Ritz/Wolf camera in Chicago for $36. Registration of SanDisk will not activate recording e280 v2, v1 only. As a result, I registered it as v1. That will cause problems with receiving support, including the RMA if something is wrong? So, I found two numbers different undernead of the battery. Let's start with e200, the other does not. I assumed that the serial number started with e200. Is this correct?
The v2 is the only one to have. Good for you.
If something goes wrong, just call 1-866-SANDISK and talk to them. It is much faster than the contact e-mail and much less prone to confusion.
And despite all the problems that you see on this forum, you may never have anything deceive you. Do the update firmware for v2 manually, as in the stickies - which is particularly important for the v2, because the first firmware was a rush job.
After this, make sure that the files you put on are properly labeled. Read the FAQ on the ID3 tags, download mp3tag and make sure that nothing's going on unity with bad tags. Make sure you also that writing is done before you disconnect it.
That's all you need to do to avoid more than 95% of the problems reported here. However, if you download files from shady places and the dump on the device without checking them first of all for the good tags... Well...
You have a serious business for $36. Put in a big beautiful microSD card and enjoy.

Try restarting/resetting the router.
Try a reboot.
Make a backup using Time Machine or a cloning program, to ensure that data files can be recovered. Two backups are better than one.
Try to set up another admin user account to see if the same problem persists. If back to my Mac is enabled in system preferences, the guest account will not work. The intention is to see if it is specific to an account or a system wide problem. This account can be deleted later.
Isolate a problem by using a different user account
If the problem is still there, try to start safe mode using your usual account. Disconnect all devices except those necessary for the test. Shut down the computer and then put it up after a 10 second wait. Immediately after hearing the startup chime, hold down the SHIFT key and continue to hold it until the gray Apple icon and a progress bar appear. Startup is considerably slower than normal. This will reset some caches, forces a check for directory and disables all start-up and connection, among other things. When you restart normally, the initial restart may be slower than normal. If the system is operating normally, there may be 3rd party applications that pose a problem. Try to delete/disable the third-party applications after a reboot using the UN-Installer. For each disable/remove, you need to restart if you do them all at once.

There is no way to update the version of perpetual license / DWCS6 drive to the creative cloud, they are two completely separate programs. There used to be a discount for the Creative Suite owners switch to CC, but that ship has sailed.

I have a question comparing Dreamweaver and Muse. Can I create a website with Muse, then learn Dreamweaver, and edit the site Web of Muse? Or would I need to start over with a new Web site based on Dreamweaver?
I went the same route. I started to want to learn web design and the Muse is an excellent tool. The code it generates, however, not to use it in Dreamweaver. This could be done, I think this isn't worth it, even for a real Geek. Once you get to Muse you will find there are things missing, stuff, you want to do, but are just tough in Muse or you can buy a widget. It is possible in DW and you get which through subscription, so it makes sense. Me what I know now, I'll go directly to DW to learn, except if you want results right now. If you don't want something to cause I stay with Muse and maybe learn to animate CC to add some pizazz to the site. If you only want a simple layout and a couple supporting stick with Muse pages if you want a larger site use DW. There is no way to get Acrobat 6 to be fully installed and works on any version of Windows beyond Windows XP, 32-bit only! There's a way to upgrade to cheap since Acrobat 6, who is now 6 versions behind the current version. Sorry!

I had a problem where firefox crashed while the closing bbc iplayer site last night, I reebooted firefox and everything seemed in order until this morning. I cannot use the default Web page of google but you can use the uk version. When you try to solve the problem I get the "invalid message url."

If you build the website on your macbook at home:
- If you have not yet done so, create a folder on your computer "Mywebsite" (or another name).
- Copy to this folder the .muse file you saved Adobe Muse.
- Also in this folder, copy all images that you referenced when you developed your web site. (note: Dmuse ear development team: would be great to have a 'package' of Muse, similar to InDesign function that collects all the assets in a single folder ;-)) )
Once you have all the required files in a spot, you can:
- Copy the USB folder as a way to transfer on your work computer, OR
- Copy the folder to your folder of creative cloud on your laptop at home, and then once the folder is synchronized (green check mark):
- Right click on the file in the folder of creative cloud and choose CC > collaborate. Enter the e-mail address associated with your job ID Adobe and send invitation
- The next time you connect to your work computer, open the desktop application Cloud creative (menu bar on Mac), or the taskbar on the victory. The upper part of the application displays a marker with "Requests", click on "applications" and you will be able to see all applications for collaboration and can then click on "accept". This will start a synchronization with the file that you placed in the folder of creative cloud at home and download all the files, so you can continue working on it.
