  Use another program.  Mozilla Thunderbird works well.
  Probably too, you can just use the web interface.
   
  I bet it's something that is done on/with this specific computer.  You called your 'work' computer - then is managed by your IT support?

• Can't send or receive emails in my windows email account

  When I go into my windows email account looks like something wants to come, said mail reception, then a notice of error appears, an unknown error occurred) x 80004005. It has always worked before, I went to tools and checked all the info here for ports etc., and it's all good.  I use AVG, but still nothing has changed with my system, except that my email does not work.

  Probably, there is a message that is corrupt or too big. Connect to your server Webmail site and delete the offending message here.

  First question is your email provider does support IMAP protocol?
  If this isn't the case, that is why it does not work.
  If they do, IMAP is a protocol much better use to check email from multiple devices.
  There are a lot of good tutorials on the differences between POP and IMAP if you can do your own research on this.

  You don't change an account from one protocol to another.
  You delete the account and add back with the correct protocol.
  Thunderbird has a tendency to select IMAP as a default value. You need to stop right there and make the POP changes if that's what you want or need.

  We are moving our Web site.  Our old Web host is not helpful and has offered no advice.

  You should work with the people who support the server where the mailbox rawlforms.com.  They are the ones who can tell you definitively what the server name should be and they should be able to follow where incoming mail is routed or if a message arrives even. Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]
