  I fixed this problem myself. I had to track down the origin Amazon appstore app, which has been difficult because Amazon has updated the link so that people are redirected to download Underground when they think they're getting the Appstore. I have nothing against Amazon Underground, but apparently it works well with BB10.

  I'm having a problem with one of the users on my setup of server companies. She is unable to set a default printer and cannot print from Excel 2010 to all. However, while on the terminal even when I login as administrator, everything works perfectly.   Or do you want to open pdf in Microsoft Edge?

  Do XI Acrobat default to open the PDF, right-click on any pdf file > click Open with > choose another application > select Adobe Acrobat in the list > check "Always use this app to open .pdf files" > OK

  It goes the same for Microsoft Edge, select Microsoft Edge in the list instead of Adobe Acrobat.
