  If you are not able to boot up the laptop and refuse it to Vista to start then take recovery in hand, insert it and start on this CD from Toshiba.

  Then the cell phone should boot from the recovery CD and reinstall the whole OS again.
  This should help, but the HARD drive will be formatted.

  Each year, I create a new catalog and now 2015 is the display "there is no media to preview" while all other years works very well. For some reason my catalog for 2015 file has now no photos associated w and it is a very small file, 113KO that my thumb.5.cache file still seem to have useful information. Since it is 165, 000 KB.  I searched my computer for the appropriate catalog file and can't find it.  I repaired, I've optimized and still get "There is no media to preview" where there was once the thumbnails for 9 000 photos.

  And no, unfortunately, I did all the backups of the catalogues.

  So, you can rebuild a catalog from a cache in items 12 file organizing or in some other way?

  I tried the .pse12db of the entire computer, (3 hard drives and 2 external hard drives) and never able to find the one I needed.  I found in the file where it should have been, but he had no photos associated with it.

  However, I searched all hardrives all .tly files and found a backup that I must have done that crashed in the process.  Crazy thing, it's just C:backup.tly, not even in a record or drive F, where pictures and other adobe files are kept.  After running this backup for 40 min., almost everything has been restored.  I am happy.  I'm sure one way or another was my fault (or another Member of the family close it without knowing), I'm just glad the organizer of adobe was able to remedy.

  Hi, after installing some software of spyware on my vista A210 (spysweeper) I rebooted my laptop, restart it went straight to the Boot Manager and load insert me my recovery disc and follow the instructions in an effective way. The only options I have with this disc to format my hard drive, it seems to indicate that it will erase everything (that would include things on my partitioned drive?).

  No there is no way to start the PC in safe mode? I tried using the F8 key, but couldn't get the SafeMode menu by using the recovery disk to start my machine. So when I chose to start windows in safe mode it loaded the disc in place.

  This sounds like a familiar problem, if so someone knows how can I restore the last parameters of weeks without access to windows?

  I'll have to swallow and format my drive, on the partition that I have a few photos, etc. that I've not saved yet a trip last week so I want to only do this as a last resort?

  Would I be able to go buy a copy of vista and fix it using the CD? My laptop came with windows vista installed but no windows disk.

  If you are not able to go into the F8 advanced boot menu, you cannot start in safe mode. It's done.
  I think the only way is to reinstall Vista.

  I'm trying to reduce the amount of space that my Windows 7 backup uses so I've come to the place in Windows 7 backup:

  I am then presented a list of three backup sets:
  01/03/2012 to 01/04/2012
  12/07/2011 to 12/21/2011
  23/11/2011 to 30/11/2011

  I would like to remove the older two, leaving the most recent. However, this doesn't seem to work as expected. If I try to delete one of the two most recent ones (the first two in the list above) I get the following warning "Are you sure you want to delete this backup file.

  However, if I try to delete the last one in the list, I get a slightly different error "Are you sure you want to remove the most recent data of the file backup?"-sounds strange because it is clearly not the most recent backup according to the dates it's show.

  Of course, I can go ahead and ignore the warnings, but I fear that maybe there are some files in the last backup the value in the list that may not be right more recent set backs.

  In 2011, I thought this might be something wrong with the date formats vs US UK (I am in England so the above dates are in dd/mm/yyyy format and not in jj/mm/aaaa) - but now it's 2012 and I backup from 2012 and 2011 games and he always seems to think that the oldest backup of 2011 is the most recent.

  Any ideas? Can I delete the oldest backup sets (that is, the two that are from 2011) safely?

  When the dialog box is displayed prompting you to create a backup, there is an option to allow you to choose where your backups are stored. If I ever have to restore a backup catalog, I copy the backup catalog in the original folder where the other catalog. And backups should continue to be stored in their original location.

  We have a problem with a Web server - we cannot get to initialize the help of nodes of property or the ini on a compiled executable file.

  As part of our application, we are starting the Web server to publish a status page to be read remotely. This works very well when we are running in the development environment and also when we run an executable a PC with installed development environment, however it will not boot on a PC with just the runtime installed.

  I have attached some of the code that functionally does exactly the same thing in our main application. I used this as my Tester code and built in an exe while trying a lot of different things to fix.

  When executing:

  • The code will sit in the while loop until I press stop.
  • Web server: Active Server = FALSE
  • Out error = ERROR No.

  

  In the full application the while loop waits a few seconds before throw an error if the server is not started. In this example, I can let the loop running for awhile without leave. Normally, the boot time is<50ms when="">

  • Copy a new default configuration file before the entry into force
  • Writing a predefined file (encoded) before initializing config
  • Definition to root before initializing directory (it actually generates an error because the server is not active...)
  • Set WebServer.Active = TRUE several times inside the while loop
  • Toggle the web server in the ini file

  • LabVIEW 2010
  • PC with Windows 7 running

  I have this guide was reviewed previously and had done all that he but a small section who gave me a hint of something to try and I have solved my problem, so thank you!

  If anyone is interested, here's the problem:

  The directive DocumentRoot folder in the config must exist or the Web server cannot be started. So basically, make sure that the file points to a folder that exists!

  This leaves two small annoying problems if - you can't see if the file exists (and then create it) before starting the Web server, because you can not query the path to the folder without the Web server running.

  AND

  You can't really define the configuration programmatically file as parameters from the file are responsible for execution, not on the start Web server.

  The result of this is that the config file and the folder root document should be created (and corresponding of course...) when the executable is built / installed on the system. Not a massive headache, but it means do not forget to put things in the build specification and do not rely on software to do the job at startup

  If you try to repair the OS, I have to say that you will not be able to do using the restore CD. Restore CD contains recovery image and repair option you must use the facilities of Microsoft CD. Maybe some friend of you's original facility Microsoft WXP CD.

  Using the recovery CD, you can do the clean operating system installation.

• Cannot delete download only from my own files in iBooks for Mac

  My Mac does not allow me a file a file that I have not purchased through the iBooks store. It only allows me to remove all the devices iOS and iCloud folder.

  Only downloads of purchased books are allowed to remove from my Mac.

  On iOS devices, it works ok for both purchased and my own files.

  According to the Apple support site, this should work for all files on Mac:

  Had the same problem. I spoke for 45 minutes with Apple on the phone, and ultimately they kind of had to admit he did not "optimal" (read: it's a bug)
