Cannot start the Creative Desktop App
Hello
I tried to install the trial version of lightroom on my iMac 5K retina cc. Everything works well until the download and installation of Adobe Creative cloud. Installation went through, but thereafter the Creative Desktop application did not start and I wasn't able to install lightroom cc on my computer. Before that I have download creative cloud I entered my username/password username Adobe ID.
I really want to give a chance to lightroom, but I can't even try it.
Something does go wrong?

I was able to get a little further. After logon as root the cc Desktop application starts successfully, and I was able to select Lightroom for installation

I am unable to start Creative Cloud synchronization of file under Mac OSX 10.9.3. By clicking on 'Start Sync' in the screenshot below causes the creative dialog box clouds white Flash and then the page "Start syncing" appears again.
By clicking on the new button and it seems a whir in life (see below), but after some time looks like it times out and goes back to the screen "Start Sync". I restarted the creative cloud app, the relaunch finder, changed the target synchronization and rebooted the computer location. Still the same problem.
I hope someone can help. I bought an add on for Lightroom and you want to use the feature to synchronize to install - as well as the activation of file synchronization.

Morning, I read tons of message about this problem and still does is not for me. I see this screen:
-J' uninstalled the application through the CC cleaning tool.
-J' deleted content OOBE, including the opm.db file
-J' I disconnect in the web (can not do in-App), I used a different Adobe ID and nothing works.
Please, can you help me? I need to use XD and have no way to do it.

When I start installation Creative Cloud App, it starts in about 10 seconds, then the initializing bar disappears and the download stops, anyone have any ideas?

This seems like a minor issue, so I recommend leaving her alone and allowing victory to force her to stop.
You can also open your Preferences cc dialog box and not start cc when you connect if this prompt mind. Just run the application cc, at most once a month.

Hello!
When I start the creative cloud, information that any programs not installed and I can download SP6. But I installed the latest versions of photoshop and lightroom works correctly.
My system is windows 7 64 Bit PC.
I had to uninstall the program creative cloud because he didn t react a few days ago. Then I installed again and now I have this wrong behavior.

Make sure that you had not changed the language on creative cloud desktop
Also try to perform steps below
On the desktop creative cloud on the right side click gear icon and exit Creative Cloud App
Then right-click on the creative cloud desktop shortcut and choose Properties.
Then click on the Compatibility tab
In compatibility mode ' ' make sure that ' run this program in compatibility mode for "check-box is disabled."
If it is checked, uncheck it and click on apply, Ok. Then launch Creative Cloud application and try.
