  Have you tried to clean your Temp folder, you can do this by typing folder in the Start Menu RUN box.  This will open your Temp folder, there, you can remove all Windows will allow you to do.

  It may be necessary to show both hidden and system files and also uncheck 'Hide known file types' in Control Panel / folder Options / view to navigate to the mentioned location of Temp.

  The application is your Sprint mobile broadband Launcher. You can try to uninstall and reinstall the application in case it is damaged.

  Check the following:
  1) go to Brother Web site and check you have the latest Windows 7 drivers/software for your Brother model.
  (2) try to run in Compatibility Mode. If your Brother model is compatible with Windows XP, then choose XP or the brother Software was written for any operating system.
  (3) when you install the setup.exe or .msi file, right click and select "run as Administrator".

• MFC application has stopped working PED-Basic

  Re: Declaration of the answering machine of Microsoft that the PED-Basic installation disc should not be used (i.e., hypothesis that it is the problem here).  FYI: nobody used the CD installation for PED-Basic years and years and years.  THIS ISN'T THE PROBLEM.  There is a software conflict which causes the error message displayed when the user tries to access the hard disk for files stored.  So far, I've changed the compatibility to the administrator settings; tried to set the program runs under XP SP3 (under which it has worked well for me before buying a new computer Windows 7) and performed a clean installation. I also cleaned the registry and emptied my temp folder.  Nothing helps.

  Please understand what the problem is and the brother and we will advise a hotfix.  It shouldn't be rocket science.  PED-Basic is a small program, simple transfer of files from one hard disk of the computer to a card of embroidery (like a USB stick but the owner) who works in this particular brand of machine embroidery.  And this isn't a problem with the special hard drive that connects via the USB port.  The problem when you unplug the hard drive special.

  After a week of trying everything including reloading windows, I found a solution.

  Rename C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\Web Folders\MSONSEXT. DLL

  to MSONSEXT.old. You can rename it if something does not work later.

  As soon as I renamed it, PED-Basic let me review in a different directory.

  May not work for everyone but it worked for me. I found it on my event viewer telling me that cause msonsext.sll_unloaded the question.

  This is not an answer to your question but can solve the problem if it is the same that I had.
  In my case, the drive tries to spin but it slips. Only the motor shaft rotates and the drive remains at low revolutions that were not even stationary.
  The problem was caused by the fact that the plastic part (black color) of the mechanism which engages the disc (CD or DVD) slips on the
  motor drive, axle and th couldn't do a full rotation or runs at the specified speed.
  The solution is to delete the article in plastic and put a small amount of super glue on the axle and then put it back.

  Where there is a similar issue, I hope that solve you it like I did.

  The details of the error are telling us that the accident occurred when the host of the 32-bit printer driver tries to use the printer.
