  What is strange, is that I have no multimedia card installed on the Bold 9900, only the built-in device storage. The message started to happen when I take a picture - I can't even save any picture on the device at all. But when I used the 9900 wasn't a problem. I don't have photos, music or other media stored on the unit in any case. I can only assume it came to the subject of the sync or back upward. But I have no recollection of which allows a guarantee nor any idea how to disable this 'security' at all.

  Problem solved. Open Storage Options, device, clicked on the Total space key and blackberry for the drop-down list that allowed me to "Format" the storage of the unit.

  Camera function now allows images to be saved again on the device.

  Whenever you lose one option or start troubleshooting do a battery pull to reset the unit.

  Turn the power off is not the same.

  My husband and I just got new Blackberry curves for the first gifts of Christmas.  He likes his, I am not so happy.  We have installed the Office Manager and accidentally installed the Enterprise version.  I tried to delet the office and it keeps telling me that I have error2738 could not access VBScript runtime for custom action.  Help I can not put a new version on the deskstop until I have remove this one and I can't the solvent of it.  I tried only to download the web version no chance.

  I have a few rings I bought and you want to transfer. I update the Mem Card a 8 GB of the 120 MB and you must place these ringtones on the device memory and then put in a larger map and then transfer to the Mem card.   The media icon > Explore > go to your desired ringtone and don't open it, just highlight it > Menu > move.

  From there you access the memory of your device and drop it into the similar ringtone folder.

  You can also copy off your ringtones on your PC by allowing the storage of mass on your media card Options > Media Card.

  Then plug your BB to the USB port and you should be an option for a removable folder in my computer on your PC.
