I run vista service pack 2 and did not change anything with regard to emissions or recent downloads. However about I months ago, I moved, and instead of 1.5 MB of internet, I now 20-24 megs with U-verse. On the first day, I was not able to scroll with the built-in mouse or my wireless mouse, especially vertically. Some sites scrolls horizontally, but as soon as I release the mouse it goes to the top of the page again. So if I have to choose something I cannot do, even in my Picasa photos or when I tried to uninstall and re install my mouse, usb ports, and like I said can help it. The other problem is that I can't use any menu drop-down menus that it goes right down and back up so fast, I can't read. If I know that the choices on this menu I can type into it and SOMETIMES there will be others, he won't and will go to the top of the menu, or in the case of my screen saver setting, it goes to the top where it says NONE. : I'm at my end and ready to trash my computer laptop everything. In fact it is an Acer Aspire 6930 2.5 years with a lot of ram and the room on the disc. I ran any program I know including restore my PC to a date before I moved to hi speed internet service. Please can someone help me here?

For some reason, when I try to click on the Start button, it disappears. I tried all day to dissable addons that sort, but it ended up doing another way. I have restarted computor, but the Start button, always goes away until I can click on it. Everyone comes through this before please?

I'm sorry to know that have problems you with start button. As I understand it, you cannot use the button start effectively.
Method 1: perform the scan SFC (System File Checker) and see if the problem occurs.
Method 2: use the Microsoft Safety Scanner in full scan mode and to remove all the threats that is not detected by it and see if the problem persists.

Cannot use the timecode source in my project?
I do not properly understand that Premiere Pro that you cannot use the timecode source in your project? I know that I can change the BEGINNING of t - c in a clip, but I need to read it off the camera (XDCAM EX3)? And if indeed I can't use source t/c - WHY NOT? You can read the timecode source of your clips in several locations within Premiere Pro.
If you load the clip from the source to the source monitor, don't you see the time code of the displayed item?

Forms 6i must be with an older version of SQL and PL/SQL (8.x).To keep it simple create a VIEW in the comics with your as its source and the use of the VIEW in the form. As you noted, it works in 10g and exploit it.
