  The java script error I get is: "when executing objectTag in field.htm text a javascript error has occurred."

  You can also try delete preferences, just to be safe.

  Be sure to keep a backup of it somewhere.

  I have downloaded and run the Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner tool, cleared out everything that it displays and then tried again 2 installer. Seems to have worked!  It is downloading apps now.  If it fails, I'll post again. Otherwise, thank you very much!

  I've recently upgraded to IOS9.3.1 (previously on the much earlier version but can not remember which) with the help of iphone 5.

  Several questions now all related messages

  (1) all messages have disappeared and brand-new only stay a few hours and then disappear voluntarily (set of parameters for keep forever)

  (2) no alert of working the front desk of all new messages (change the sounds, verified notifications are on)

  (3) when to send messages (imessage and text) state bar 1 mailing of... forever - never goes away until the message has disappeared from the list of messages.

  Before upgrading to IOS 9 I saved on the PC and I think than icloud

  I tried the following things most of them several times.

  turn off...

  verified notifications are on in the settings, messages, notifications,

  turned I message on

  Reset all settings (more then once)

  restored from backup of the computer just before the upgrade - don't know how to restore from an earlier backup if this is possible or to find out if I have a backup in icloud.

  Please help, I'm at my wits end resources, used to use e-mail all the time and now completely useless.  Please not jargon and clear instructions for any problems I'm not an Apple expert.

  I have exactly the same problems since I've updated the software on my iphone 5 c. 9 days since your post, you have a bit of luck to solve the problem?

  I tried something similar to yourself:

  (1) rebooted the phone (several times)

  (2) to reset all the settings of the phone a couple of times

  (3) enabled i-message and SMS messages and turn off many times.

  Everything else looks good, what about my contacts, applications, history calls, e-mail, etc. Just the text messaging application. I see my stock of the iphone that I have
  have 140 MB of messages somewhere, but do not appear to be visible.

  I was told by Apple via DM on Twitter Support to do a full backup and restore of my phone, to completely erase all the data and settings, effectively
  become a 'new' phone again with the factory settings. I hope to try to avoid this if possible option. Am due to an update of the phone, so think I might
  just get a new phone if I end up having to do a full restore in any way.

  Yes, if it is not enabled, then you are sure to wipe the device.  You could do a reboot just to be safe.  Press and hold the power for about 10 seconds... through the countdown, through the Red led, and until you see the BB logo again.

• I don't get any scenes when adding a menu movie

  I use Photoshop first 13 on a mac. I have a video of 1 hour and I add a menu to the video. When I do that, I get no scenes added to the video. I have the scenes to add automatically verified if this isn't the problem. The video is 1 long file but I split the clip on the spots, I want the menu to set up these scenes. I would like to make transitions to most of these divisions, but not all, so the transitions are not the problem. Help. John

  Thanks for the update with the very good news that took menu marks you placed manually. Great job.

  I don't know why the option 'Automatically add menu marks' does not display movie Menu customization area. I would not depend on that and would put markers manually before you get to the Menu/film leOutilsmenu.

  You could delete the Adobe Premiere elements prefs file to determine if it makes a difference in whether or not this option works.

  I believe that the path to this file in Mac is/Users/owner/Library/Application Support / Adobe / first elements/13 0.

  Please remind me if go to a new project had no impact on the situation.

  I have the Facebook account set up in my settings and notifications is turned on, but I never received a notice from Facebook on my Macbook. I've been on El Capitan since it was published. I don't remember, but I do not think that Facebook notifications on Yosemite no longer worked. All other notifications work fine. I tried to delete the Facebook account and add it again, she who has not corrected. Thoughts?
