Canon Elura 100 (3 Red blinks per second)

The charge on my Canon Elura 100 indicator flashes red 3 times per second.  I found this device not too long ago and it did not come with anything.  So I had to try to use some adapters I've had, but none of the adapters are 8.4V as the camcorder is supposed to use.  Above 8, 4V and the camcorder turns on and works fine.  Less than 8.4V and the unit will turn on briefly.  However, when the camcorder is plugged and off so the battery is supposed to load, the charge indicator just blinks red 3 times per second.  On a spare battery, I get the same thing, 3 Red blinks per second.  The replacement battery has a small charge left and operates the camcorder with its remaining charge.

Adapters CA / CC are not complicated, and those I have is probably fine, but my guess is that they must be exactly 8.4V battery when the battery is in the camera.  Since the camcorder works fine on CA adapters / top rated CC then 8.4V, then I think who would be the camcorder has a range of what voltages it will be operated to with a penchant for higher voltages, but needs the battery exactly or very nearly 8.4 v for recharging.

I could buy a separate battery charger, but I want to see if I can get the battery charge when its in the camcorder.

Must the power adapter be exactly 8.4V battery when the battery is in the camera?

I got the 8, 4V - 1.5amp AC adapter today and his charges two batteries. Password 1 blink per second indicator low battery, then 2 flashes per second indicator higher load, then finally a solid red indicating a charge full. Its still in charge the extra battery, but the original battery charged to 100%. Looks like a power adapter rated appropriate was what I needed.  With a such specifc nominal voltage of 8.4V, I suppose it must be exactly as to charge the battery, but I don't know exactly how the amperage must be.  Maybe the battery charged with a 0.5amp adapter, but simply very slow and maybe it would load with a 2amp adapter, but maybe too quickly, it could damage the battery.

• Can't get my canon elura 100 camcorder to connect to my computer windows 7.

I can't get my canon elura 100 camcorder to be recognized by my windows 7 PC.  Apparently the driver SW is supposed to be supported by Windows XP and later versions.  I can't find more information on Windows 7 on this.  Any ideas?

Windows 7 - Device Manager shows not installed driver for Elura 100 but said driver driver update is installed. Solution:

1. with camcorder connected via firewire and 'on' in playback mode. Go to Device Manager. Find the Elura 100 under imaging devices.

2 uninstall the driver

3 - Unplug the camera

4 - reconnect the appliance and turn to 'walk' in playback mode. Windows will reinstall the latest version of the driver from the Windows website.

5 - camera will be recognized and driver says working properly.

• It's going to be another canon 7 d with ten frames per second?

I'm about to buy another one. I thought a seven d. I was told to wait because canon replaces the d seven with a newer 7 d is true?

Rumor is that it will be only a 7 d Mk II published some time in 2013. There is no official announcement from Canon, and there is only speculation of the specifications list.

If I had to guess, it will have a price tag of $2000-$2200.

I'd probably buy a 7 d now because the price is very good and by the time of a 7 d Mk II gets actually released, it could be Christmas.

• How can I throw 100 samples per second on a graph?

Hello

I take a CANBus 100 samples per second, and I would like to present these data in a real-time graph. I want to see all 100 samples and the graph refresh every 1 dry, I use a waveform table.

I would like to than my table updated with new data every one second (1 SEC 100 samples, 200 samples of 2 sec, etc.) and be able to see all 100 samples we take in real-time in the chart. My question is it possible? I think that some how I need to change the x in the graph scale? I did a little code in which I change the x of the chart scale and put in real time, but in the graph shows only a sample of 100 samples that I take every second, can you please suggest a solution for this?

• Changing rate of 60 frames per second to 30 frames per second

Can someone tell me how to change the pace of a video at 60 fps to 30 fps taken on my Canon SX60HS?   I used this rate for the first time at my granddaughter's birthday party and when I put it in Premiere Elements are "nervous".

Mervyn Foster wrote:

The video of my granddaughter's birthday party was the only article on the project and when I played it, it was very nervous, he plays in Windows Media Player and it is fine, he plays to the camera and that's fine.   I was asking around see if there is any software that I can use without spending almost £100 or so on a new set of elements.

Don't want to step on the toes of Steve.  It is a very busy man!

Video playback is a relatively simple task for a computer from the edition.  The preview inside the elements window trying to a process of 'real time' and takes up system resources.  Usually, not always, the preview of nervousness is resolved with more memory.   Brands of four or five of consumers at the cost of editing software may all have the same problem if the computer is low.   Video editing is the only thing that makes our hardest work computers.

Perhaps there is a way to create a project that will reduce the jitter.  It will take some trial and error and may still not work, according to the computer.

If you can live with a little jig in the edition, it will usually go away for the final product in the output of make the process (publish and share).

If you are convinced of your computer can handle smooth 30 frames per second and can't live with jitter edition, maybe you can load the video of anniversary of 60 frames per second of a conversion project.  Basically, you will place the clips from 60 frames per second on the timeline and the ' Publish & share ' to a 30 frames per second of computer file that put you in your 'real' project.  Theoretically, the rendering can reduce the image quality, but it should be light.

If you are interested, I'd be happy to help you.

If you are not interested, perhaps the most reliable conversion software and video manipulation freeware is called Handbrake.   I've never used, but the internet is full of tutorials.

• White LED of Ethernet to the router flashes constantly (to about 5 flashes per second)

The Internet on my router Netgear (R7000 Nighthawk, AC1900) white LED flashes constantly (about 5 times per second), and it is originally the link on my modem light blinks constantly. All started about four days ago. I thought that my modem was defective, but I spoke with my ISP technical support who said it was the router that has been at the origin of the modem LED blink. I unplugged the power supply to the router, but when I plugged it in the problem has not been resolved. I also reset the router (using the reset on the back of the router) but that has not solved the problem. Any help would be most appreciated. Thank you.

• Increase the packets received per second UDP

I have a very high packages (over 100,000 packets per second) rate which I'm trying to capture in LabView.  I configured a single loop to form the loop 'UDP receive' that takes the data from the wire and updates these data in a queue to be processed by another loop.

The problem is that if I use the builtin UDP receive functions, or one library implementations available OCAP, I will always drop packets.  When the receive loop running I have the time I find it runs only in the range of milliseconds rather than the necessary<10us.  if="" i="" remove="" the="" 'enqueue'="" call,="" and="" do="" nothing="" except="" receive="" the="" data="" and="" increment="" a="" packet="" counter,="" it="" is="" still="" no="" where="" near="" meeting="" timing. ="" this="" leads="" me="" to="" believe="" that="" the="" problem="" is="" with="" the="" amount="" of="" time="" it="" takes="" to="" call="" the="" vi="" to="" perform="" the="">

Until I write a dll to perform multiple readings of package and transfer the pads of large size to labview, is there something that can be done in labview to increase the rate of packets?  Note that I have captured these data in wireshark on the same computer, and it's more the enough to capture all the data, so it is possible.

Attached are two examples that do not work because the loop execution rate is too low.  Exactly why the loop runs too slowly is a mystery to me.  Note the "OCAP" version uses the library from the mentioned thread previously.

The problem is now resolved.  I've updated the dll from this thread to include a "multi-package-group" function that provides in bulk packages to labview.  Even after doing this, I noticed that there was always a bottleneck when LabView went to assemble the packets (data collection of several packages to more large data sets).  This was solved by moving some of the manipulation of specific project data in the dll as well.  When I have free time, I also plan on accounting for the new library in this same thread of OCAP.

• 10 samples per second 9229

Looking to capture the 10 samples per second in a file by using a NI9229.

I think I have the output to work correctly using a backup in format ascii/lvm.

My problem is that I can't know the ratio to capture who gives me 10 samples (10 rows of data) per second using a 'samples of N' 'samples to read' and 'rate (Hz).

My goal is to have 10 samples per second and the first column correctly lable time since when I click 'run' until I hit the stop and tell me how many seconds it failed because I stopped before her.

Thank you

Hi Matt,

I didn't know that you use SignalExpress.

This is what you want?

• DAQmx acquire:
• Acquisition mode = continuous samples
• Samples to read = 200 (or 2000, if you want to see 1 second at a time on the graph)
• Rate (Hz) = 2 k
• Subset and resampling:
• Subset of return = false
• Resample = true
• DT = 100 m

• convert the table less smaples per second

Have great picture with 9 channels of data by time stamp.

Timestamp shows that there are about 100 samples per second.

I need to generate the table that displays only an average value per channel, per second.

Faced with the 'picture of generation' and 'index' to get the picture right.

Suggestions?

Suggestions?

I bag the building and indexing and discover the screw decimate in the range of Signal Processing.  Unless you're stuck with the basic version.

• Canon Pro 100 printer - worth getting?

Hello!  I have a chance to buy a printer Canon Pro 100 for a good price, but I was wondering how a printer it is.  People have good success with soft-proof-to-print quality?

I'm better off to just use the icc profile of a laboratory for their printer/paper and send it to them for printing?

Thank you!

I had my Canon Pixma Pro-100 now for a few years. What is a print quality, I think it is excellent. Note that it is an ink system die. Some people warn that the prints will not last as long. Pigments based systems reportedly produce impressions of longer duration. Personally, I don't mind it because I don't print that much. I had prints now posted on my wall for a couple of years and have seen no noticeable change in them.

The other concern is whether or not you think you are going to print your own in order to save money. Many people refill their cartridges, which significantly reduces the cost of printing. I don't post enough to worry about the cost of ink, so I continued using OEM cartridges. It's really much cheaper to have your prints made by a reputable lab, even if you print a lot.

Thus comes down to whether or not you really want to print, and what you want to accomplish. If you want just the experience to complete the process of a House, the Canon Pixma Pro-100 is a very good printer in my opinion. I used a number of different papers of the Red River. They provide profiles for all their papers and impressions fit very well. I have no problem with the printer.

• The less-than-per-second value

With the Premier Pro, I used I think that the value was 0.01 seconds, until I discovered it only goes to 24. So, what is the real value? I'm in on this for my physics EEI.

The value with a red frame around it.

The timecode is on hours minutes seconds. frames.

If your sequence setting is 24 fps time code indicates 0 to 23.

If your sequence setting is 30 fps timecode indicates 0 to 29.

So 21 is the abbreviation of 21 images.

There are: (colon) between the numbers I understand you are in PAL-land. PAL has 25 frames per second.

NTSC has; (semicolon) between the numbers.

• Bringing to 30 frames per second. AVI quicktime file for editing

I start my day, Adobe Premiere, after years of falling editing video, I want to start editing a video for my first youtube video post.

The original video I shot with a small digital camera a natural properties of;

Path: G:\EDIT CLIPS\MVI_2808.AVI
Type: QuickTime Movie
File size: 631,5 MB
Image size: 640 x 480

Frame rate: 30.00
Audio Format: 44100 Hz - 16-bit - Mono

Total time: 00:05:39:06
Average: 1.9 MB/second
Pixel format: 1.0

When I start a new project, first CS5 application project settings, though, I couldn't find a setting for the pace of 30 and an avi

implementation project at all, the closest, I thought was DV NTSC of 29.97 frames per second, now, I thought that there was a way to edit these attributes individually, including the fps after selecting a setting sequence, however I can't seem to change the fps option especially.

I tried just by importing the file because it is NTSC 29.97 setting, but after I put in sequence playback was very choppy about 20 seconds, it's because the abandonment of sequence frames as I play?

I'm just curious to know what is the best way to start my experience with these video files that I have of my small Canon digital camera videos.

I would appreciate any input / info

Thank you for your time

The first welcome screen, select "new project".
You will be presented with a dialog box to specify the name and location of your new project.
Name your project, select a location and click OK.
You will then get a dialog box to specify a sequence preset... click on "Cancel".
Import your media into the new project and change now!

• The latest version of iMovie supports 30 frames per second?

I tried creating a simple slide show, but could not find a way to make 30 frames per second, with 60 being the default and automatic.

Although it was several months ago but I remember not being able to find a way to select the 30 images (if this option was available at all).

So my question is: how to make a slide show and make it to 30? I choose my desired pace at the beginning or at the end? Can I do it at all?

And Yes, I use the latest version of iMovie .

Yes, the latest version of iMovie supports 30 frames per second.   You set the frame rate by adding a 30 fps known as the first video clip vid that you place in the timeline of your movie project.  After you have added your other pictures/clips, you can remove the first clip if you wish.  The project will have already been set at 30 frames per second.

• I am running 10.1.1 version. Is it possible to export the video at 30 frames per second instead of 60 frames per second?

I am running 10.1.1 version. Is it possible to export the video at 30 frames per second instead of 60 frames per second?

Yes.  The frame rate (and resolution) of a project is determined by the first clip set a new timeline for the project.  So put a clip known 30 fps (with the resolution you want) in a new project timeline then copy everything from your existing project in the new project.  You can then remove the first clip if you wish.

• Since the update to 14.0.1 javascript error appeared (this.transforms is not defined - 3-4 errors per second)

Our phone system of companies has a web interface since the 14.0.1 update is no longer works. I tried to open it in safe mode with no extension active and ensure that cache has been cleared. In the error logs, I see "this.transforms is undefined" and is repeated 3 - 4 times per second, no matter how long the page is opened. Many pages in the web interface are compressed and if I select a different tab background change but not the areas that fall within her and all submit buttons are ignored.

It works in other browsers and in older versions of firefox, so our miracle temp to say personal use Chrome until we have a chance to roll back on Firefox, even if we are not sure if Firefox is simply updating again.

Finally solved the problem. Discovered that the issue was only happening on HP systems so that it narrowed down. Yet a new windows install using their disks restore would fail on the new update (but only if HP utilities were all re-installed - for example, as fingerprint reader security utilities). I got some new updates for those and the problems went away. Yippee. My guess is that it was the security utilities that run in the background, because they are not browser so plugins work even in SafeMode to browser.

Glad we got going I didn't leave Firefox. What a pain though, as he had really left me speechless.
