• Links of some (but not all) of an external application fail.

  Some external application links fail to open in Firefox (but open fine when IE is the default browser instead). This problem occurred in the 3-point-something version thing, I was running previously, as well as in the 6.0 I run now. If Firefox does not work when I click on the external link I get an error dialog "there was a problem sending the command to the program." Otherwise, it fails silently.

  The links are provided by an RSS feed in an external player. Food has recently changed the formatting to their URLs.

  The links that work will look like:
  http://catalog.SPL.org/ipac20/IPAC.jsp?profile=dial & Full = 3100001 ~! 2725646 ~! 6

  Links that do not work are similar to:

  I'm not clear on the question of whether the problem is the lack of a / between the host name and the query string (a violation of the RFC, but that Firefox handles if the URL is just pasted in the address box) or something else. I have also contacted the authors of RSS, but hold on to other entries on if that is the problem (and, if there is a way I can fix it on my end, where there is no rapid change in people generating streams).

  Maybe the search term in quotes that contains spaces is at the origin of the problem: & term = "science fiction".

• Lauch PowerCLI script from an external application

  I work with an external application to scheduling. It allows to launch command line scripts. I wrote a ps1 script that creates a new guest VM. I want to be able to call this script - the planning application CreateVM.ps1 however I am not sure of the command line to use. Launch of Powershell is not a problem, but it will launch the normal Powershell that does not give me access to commands PowerCLI. Anyone know how to run a script of ps1 PowerCLI guest BACK from a .BAT file?

  You can add the snap-in on the first line of the script:

  Add-PSSnapin VMware.VimAutomation.Core

  or use the following to run your script:

  Hello

  There are two possibilities are there that can be causing this.

  1. bad password used. If you are deploying outside the site on IntegratedWLS (JDev internal weblogic) then the user id / pwd comobination is: weblogic/weblogic1

  2. check the tab of assignment of security role for weblogic.xml and check if the security role assignment is configured properly.

  Hello, I have the boot option: "show my windows and tabs from last time" activated. Works fine, except when Firefox starts when I click on a link in an external application (typically Thunderbird). Then, the new link is opened in a new tab, Firefox remembers the number of tabs I had open when I finally closed it, but all of the 'old' tabs are empty. Somehow fix this behavior?

  Deactivation of the modules does not help. By clicking on a link in an external application when Firefox is already open works OK. I use Firefox for some time short (probably half a year) and this problem was still there (not that is not due to a new update).

  If Firefox is closed, and an external link opens Firefox, you must go to history > recently closed tabs and open tabs before closing Firefox. If you don't 'last session' will be gone and only one page than the open external program will be the new "previous session."

  If this is not satisfactory, you will need to install an extension of type "session manager" as well as "the last sitting" remember only.

  Search for AMO "session manager".

  I would like to know if there is a way to capture text copied from another application using a MenuItem to my Application?

  It would be like this:

  1. You open my application and it will record the MenuItem in another application like e-mail messages.
  2. You open an e-mail message, select some text and click on my menu item.
  3. It would open my application (it could be a just dialogue) which will display the selected text.

  You will need to retrieve the text from the Clipboard when your menu item is called.

  But, in a project Type tab I have only 3 options i.e. CLDC, Midlet, library and another entry for this point is turned off by default, one of my existing project into the current workspace is automatically selected it... I want to put there another project to another entry point...

  I have a theory based on the screenshots:

  1. The files do not have the .pdf extensions on their behalf. Can you try renaming one of them to ensure that they end in .pdf?
  2. Some file names have a '. ' in them. If the addition of a .pdf extension does not work, can you please try to remove the '. '?

  Problem solved.

  My goal was to access a bounded task flows using URL. This can be done by typing the URL in a spatial way to mention the flow of tasks and its xml file id. It's average is discussed in this thread: https://community.oracle.com/message/4354496#4354496

  As Timo said the stubborn workflow always begin activity by default. So, if we want to go to a specific page with streams of work then we should add a router and set it as the default activity; According to some setting the router will decide if we go the normal flow or to the specific page you want in the stubborn workflow.
