  Hello everyone, I have surfed around here and a little in WWW also, but can not find my answer, so I wonder if anyone here can help me please?

  I fly on a regular basis and use my Z10 BB to show my boarding pass when you go through the check-in, with a record growing image, it becomes more difficult to quickly find the one i need, I did a lot of files and stored the photos, but there is still a lot of time.

  I want to do is be able to save current boarding pass at my home on a shortcut screen, so I just click and Oh, my boarding passes are available as JPEG and PDF.

  Alternatively, can I set an icon on the home screen to the favorite folder of images?

  There is really no way to create a shortcut on the home screen to a specific file... it's just not a feature available (it is designed for applications, not for files). But, what I guess you could do is the wallpaper of the home screen in the image of the boarding... that might work (or it could be too distorted to properly analyze at airport security).

  Or... in the real photos app, you can set an individual file as a favorite. When you launch the photos app security position, and then go to his favorites, which will tell you quickly what you have previously identified as such. Even more than the 'click', you want, but still faster than to dig through tons of folders/files to find that only you need. Once you are done with a boarding card, you UN-mark it as a favorite so that he has that crowded.

  In BBM, there is a possibility to request an image of high quality from the sender, if he or she chooses to do.
  If you long press the image a menu will fly away on the right. Choose "request for high Image quality. The sender will be a message and have the opportunity to do so.
  This should help you to turn a better image. If you need a fairly good eye to see the difference.

  I am the first time the z10 blackberry user & use the services on network of BSNL (MAHARASHTRA) India.
  I am able to use internet for awhile when I swith the cell phone on, but inside a few connection minutes is lost & msg read ischeck network connection & try again & then I don't get the connection. Z10 BlackBerry supports the GPRS of BSNL service provided but I am not able to use internet services please help

• BlackBerry Z10 SOFTWARE PROBLEMS

  I have a Blackberry z10 STL 100-3. I'm heading, that there was an update, so I decided to check for this in the menu settings every time I check what he always says I have update of software of lates which isn't true because I never updated the interface and it looks the same. So I tried to update via Windows Blackberry link and if I check the updates it says also that I have the latest version of Blackberry software. So I decided to check the updated online and I download a thinking that this is the original which turns out is the edition of testers. I tried to put in day or it downgrade to the previous version because this version of testers contains all the features of the real version of the OS and I don't know how we downgrade or update the real new version of OS update. I read online how to go through link to Blackberry, but whenever I connect my phone to my computer it does not show me reload the software. What should I do?

  My advice is to reload the original operating system as released by your carrier. At least so, then assess the situation.   Hello everyone, my Z10 STL100-4 couldnot combined able to get 100% load. It remains at 97%. I tried to load in light them up and trun off modes, but could not able to get 100% load. Earlier, it shows full charge, but today, I noticed the point mentioned above. Where as virtual expert blackberry (BBVE) battery is displayed as healthy. Please guide me what to do aur how to solve this problem.

  1. the percentage loaded see you ON the device is ONLY an estimate based on the software reading fees history, drainage, electricity, etc. and is NOT an exact thing. The software on the device believes THAT the accusation. You will very probably BE 100%.

  2. to reset the counter of software on the device, normally it works... let your device to charge connected to the charger OEM wallout. After an hour or longer, and STILL CONNECTED to the charger, remove the battery a minute then reinsert it to restart. You may need to do this once or three over the next few days.

  Hello. I can't send sms messages on my Z10. I can receive it but when I want to send sms I can't always do, but it is sometimes possible and only to someone. I have manually set the advanced settings for sms, I registered my device in settings/topic/network... and I have the brand new SIM card from my ISP (Orange Slovakia). This problem started a few weeks after the official update and tried factory reset, go down to spread, upgrade to the latest leak, back to the official version which I use now (10.3.1.1779 OS 10.3.1.2576 radio 10.3.1.2577) before the update official everything was ok, but now I can send mms only and I don't know why. Please help me. I'm the only person who has this problem?

  It is resolved! I found out that it happened thank you sync. My Hotmail account was incorect numbers for example 4219... instead of + 4219... What is a prefix for the Slovakia + 421, so I was using incorrect numbers on my device. But thank you for your advice.

  I swiped my phone security three times in the last 2 days to resolve a problem with texting. I've updated my software via wifi and not link to Blackberry. He has worked to solve the problem, but then the first two times the problem reappeared after restoring a backup. The last time that I restored it manually all I could but lost password and apps which I am fine with. I hesitate to use Blackberry link again as the last update I did the link seems to trigger this problem? Does anyone have any suggestions?   I recommend that the updates made on the wifi. Don't do not updated the link unless there was a problem with udpate wifi.

  Your carrier will send specific carriers updates which can solve problems like this after an update.

  I have a Q10 I'm synchronization by binding, mostly just to test it. I had no problems with it.

• Password login screen blackBerry Z10

  The login password for the Z10 screen driving me crazy.  It is too small and if I try to enter the password quickly, I end up by making an input error and wasting time to have to re-enter the password again.  Is it possible to download a different option for the login password screen.  I'd rather just to enter numbers and many many more.  Apple login screen is much easier.  This seems to be an easy tweak.

  Yes... There are already, depending on your operating system. It's called 'Simple password', and put you on the same screen as you set your real password for your device. If you don't see not available on this screen, then you need to update to a more recent operating system level that includes it.

  Hello and welcome to the community!

  Please try this sequence... Note that, throughout the entire 4h15m process, your BB must be directly connected to a charger checked (not PC USB, not a docking station):

  1. With battery, connect your BB to the wall charger
  2. Leave it alone for 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the screen not
  3. Remove the battery
  4. Wait 15 minutes
  5. Insert the battery
  6. Wait another 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the screen not

  This has been known to "revive" some BBs. If it fails, please try again but increase the waiting time at step 4 to 2 hours and perhaps longer than 4-5 hours.

  It is also possible that your battery or BB has encountered a problem... to test, this sequence is necessary:

  1. Get a known good and already fully charged battery... use it in your BB and see what happens
  2. Get access to a BB good and the same known... use your battery in there and see what happens

  The results of this will show if your BB or your battery that has the problem. Carefully note please that 'new' and 'know' are not necessarily the same things. Although rare, a 'new' battery could certainly be defective. On the contrary, the easiest (and cheapest, btw) method to perform this test is to find someone with an identical BB which has no problem... trade in batteries and see what happens.

  Try a reboot first. Hold your power button for about 15 seconds, until you see BlackBerry on your screen. Don't release it before despite what may appear on your screen.

  If this solves the problem, you can reset your phone to factory specifications by using the link to BlackBerry. If I remember, once your phone is connected to the link of the button to press link Options is in the upper right and then Reload Software.
