Case for the dc7900 Desktop support can make an LCD monitor?

Looking for advice on monitor placement. A desktop computer HP Compaq dc7900 Small Form Factor PC (non-tour design of the horizontal case) can support the weight of a 19 to 22 '' LCD monitor?

Any suggestions or ideas on this would be appreciated?

This document of QuickSpecs HP Compaq dc7900 may be able to help.  Maximum weight of support, see page 8.          http://h18000.www1.HP.com/products/QuickSpecs/13029_na/13029_na.PDF
