  You can also ask ASP for keyboard replacement.
  But it s a pity that your warranty is invalid. :( So you will have to pay for the replacement.

  In any case, the replacement of keyboard is not very delicate, and if you have a bit of experience then you can replace this keyboard by yourself.
  To remove the keyboard, follow these steps:

  1. turn the computer.
  2. open the screen and make it flat.
  3 insert the tip of your finger into the slot on each side and remove the door-keyboard. It is a small plastic above the F1 - F12 buttons cover.
  4. remove the 2 screws flat head, securing the keyboard.
  5. lift the upper part of the keyboard while freeing up the hook and lower the face of keyboard on the palm rest.
  6. remove a screw support plate and the keyboard.
  7 disconnect the cable from the keyboard connector on the system board and remove the keyboard.

  But note; Be always careful and don't use force to remove all the parts.

  No yellow does not print at all, who are considering the purchase of the Black/Yellow Printhead to fix this problem.  Just replaced the yellow w/HP cartridge cartridge.  Printhead cleaning several times, tried the alignment (failed twice).  Printer is relatively old (model CM755A, CN12OBR1JJ series) and warranty expired in 2012.  Should I buy a new printer, or replace the print head will definitely cure the problem?

• Office Jet 6500 E710n-z will not print black even just replace the cartridge with a new one.

  This is the 3rd time having problems on "black" even printing ink isn't empty (but the level is low, like a quarter left).  In the previous cases, I replaced the cartridge and the problem resolved.

  The 2nd time was last week.  After I changed the cartridge, it worked (for only 1 week) and the problem is back.  As the ink is full this time and it worked fine when I just changed it, I suspect it is the problem of my printer instead of the cartridge.

  I hope that the printhead has no need replace. I would like to look at this document on faulty production for your printer model.  I know some steps here mentioned you already make. Please just read / ignore those and try the ones you have not yet completed.  It presents various ways to clean the print head; If you have just done the cleaning of the box tools, I'd defiantly that manual.   Does anyone know an automatic technique (GREP?) to find and replace para returns occurring before a letter lower case and replacing it with a space (IE to join broken paragraphs). I can currently find these occurrences, but 'change' in the grep search replaces the real lowercase letter as well as the break of Pará.

  You may need to do some rewiring, but it is mATX and includes a detachable IO shield.
