CASE policy Error Message When you try to install the driver for Kodak esp 5250

I get the error message "Manager policy of Microsoft .net framework case has stopped working" when you try to start the installation of the 5 Series Driver Pack. Tried all the Basic .net troubleshooting I found on the net. Get the option debug or close the program. After clicking Close the program, I get the error message "installation printer Kodak has stopped working". Any ideas? Advice? More info needed? Vista SP 2.

Step 1: I you suggest to download and install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 from the following link and then try the printer driver

Step 2: Put the computer in a clean boot and installation of the printer driver
