I recently bought a HP OfficeJet 8600 and a HP OfficeJet 951XL Value Pack, which gives me a cashback discount 100.-CHF. But the link on this link, the link to get the cashback dosen't work. Can someone help me please?

Or will be rejected my request for the cashback with me being not not a business?

    I'm a COMPUTER developer who wanted to pay a little more for the area of activity of Toshiba to get something a little more robust, but that does not give me a business customer. So I feel a little annoyed that I could be excluded from the offer that it makes it not obvious from the outset, the offer is for business only. Also, this offer is announced on the UK merchant websites that show the price included VAT as they target consumers rather than businesses, so it is a bit misleading.

    I hope that from here you can see how angry it made me and how much more than £100, you will lose in the future if you don't honor this promotion. Up to try to claim, I was very happy with my purchase and would recommend others to try the same case. How stupid are your marketing people who totally reverse for the sake of £100.

    I have now found the "missing link" at the request of cash back. I also discovered that the TOC are very clear about what registration means and is still valid.

    I'm disappointed so difficult this process was filed, mainly by very poor instructions and website design (which is frankly terrible).

    Toshiba, why are you tarnish a good product with this garbage, ask someone who knows what they are doing to make it user-friendly. None of this is nothing more, it's just, it was who ever made the website for you!

    Hi, I was wondering if someone had met the total fiasco that is the recent Dell Server cashback promotion?

    More than a month, I bought a server Dell Poweredge T20 Ebuyer.Com

    This server is part of the DellTradeToSave £80 cashback promotion, so resembled a lot.

    After a wait of 30 days, I tried to submit my claim cashback. I have provided all the necessary information, although was unable to select the product, because the Poweredge T20 appears four times in the drop-down menu, with additional numbers that have nothing to do with the product. I took one on the list.

    Then I received an email from Dell, explaining that, although I had attached the receipt as requested, it was not enough because he didn't understand a number of VAT of Ebuyer (he did).

    They also requested a picture of the label of 'service' - this was not mentioned in the claims of the whole process. I duly interruption planned for my new server, disconnected, moved, photographed the tag and sent.

    I sent the receipt yet once and was briefed again once I had need of a different receipt, provided by Ebuyer.

    I contacted duly Ebuyer for another recipe that they provided.

    I sent this to 'DellTradeToSave', but this time, the DELL Representative decided that this reception "was not acceptable because ' it does not contain the logo of retailers!

    I contacted Ebuyer and they claim to have never heard of such a pantomime to request a deal of cashback from any other company.

    Indeed, my previous purchase of server (now several years ago) was a HP Proliant, who also had a cashback similar face which was covered in the next few days with absolutely no build-up.

    Everybody knows such an irritating and disastrous service trying to have the honor of DELL a cashback deal?

    Although it is only £80, it certainly leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

    If you have no luck via the Web site, call Toshiba and ask them to look into the issue. They should be able to look in their system or contact the 3rd party company.

    I use Windows XP and Avast firewall as an anti-virus.

    The school that I work for bought recentley 32 laptops from Toshiba Satellite Pro L300 - 27H.
    All laptops have been saved for the extended 3 year warranty and Cashback 2010 promotion.
    One of these laptops has now developed an error and needs to be repaired under warranty.

    I tried to do it via the website of Toshiba, but the system refuses to accept the serial number or model number of the laptop, saying there are not valid.
    I sent support in this regard, but had so no response or ackknowledgment.

    Anyone know why this model is not listed?

    If the laptop needs to be repaired, I recommend you get in touch with the local ASP in your country.
    The authorized service provider might be able to help you don t send or wait for the mails, but call the guy. It s a common number is your country.

  • (Redirected) Order received cancel - don't know why

    I'm having a lot of trouble to order from Dell.  First, tried to use my credit card, and they keep complaining that the authorization has no pass by... and call my Bank, and they claim that they have approved.  Spent more than a few hours on the phone between Dell and the Bank.  It was a nightmare.  So, I saw that someone claims that they used gift cards to dell and have a better chance to place an order... I don't really like it because I'll lose the cashback, but still no luck... Order was placed on Friday, canceled Monday when I check the status.

    I don't know what went wrong.

    Hello.  I received a Canon LBP 3200 printer.  It plugs into a USB port.  My computers running XP and Windows 7 will not work there.  I downloaded a driver, but it still does not work.     Look at the support of the printer manufacturer's Web site, it is printer driver available for Windows 7 32 bits of the operating system and earlier versions of operating systems. The driver is not available for 64-bit Windows 7 and above.

    You can upgrade Windows 7 to a more recent version and use the same printer. To check if the printer works with newer versions, you should consider using a PC with Windows 7 64-bit and above.

    Recently bought (01/06/15) a printer Color LaserJet (m251n) with a cartridge (CF210X).

    Printerbase bought, I was seduced to buy with an offer of £55.00 cashback for the combination.

    Information gleaned from the website did know I need information of the packing for you join the claim.

    Now on the 08 / 01 / 15 all traces of the offer on the HP site at one of these two elements seems to have removed - even if the offer remains valid until 31/01/15 - as stated on the web site of Printerbase.

    Is there anyone here who knows what happens?

    Has anyone else fall for lack of such offers?
