  Try opening the iPhone before connecting to Windows. If the film is not empty, then the device should be listed in Windows Explorer. If it still does not show try to restart the computer and the device, and then try again. If it does not show more in iTunes then try iOS device is not showing in iTunes for Windows.

  imessages does not have both portable and iPhone.  messages to go to one or the other, but not both at the same time.  Now the messages seem to default to the laptop (Macbook Pro).  If I initiate iMessage to someone on the phone, I get on the phone.  If I'm on the laptop for the same message exchange, I get on the laptop that after that I start to send on the laptop.  I will never receive the first part of the message on the cell phone conversation.  I use OS 10.11.6 and iOS 9.3.5 used it for all the work as it should.  I suspect updates of the BONE is the culprit.  I have reset and restored the phone nothing is done.  Preferences appear to be as they should.

• Mac Air drains almost zero during the night when the laptop is closed.

  In the morning a few last that I was wake up an empty battery and I were not able to find a reason why. For example, last night, I have to close to 33% and earlier this morning it is 2%. My laptop used may use one/zero to 100 during the night, so I don't know what it is.

  My father has recently spent laptops (Macbook to Dell), and asked someone to work to transfer its music from itunes to the new laptop, however, the transferee only the selection file and not the actual music files, now every time he wants to play the file on the computer that the exclamation point is delivered with a message the file is not found.
