CC App says 'start free trial or subscribe' but I am paid upward. What gives?
Plan and simple, was doing work all day and then out of nowhere, I get a pop up asking me to start my free 30 days or subscribe. My subscription is up to date, my CC number is updated, and my account shows clearly that I am released.

So, in order to have still, I also installed the first Pro CS6 Family, but during the installation of the family, I uninstalled Premiere Pro CS6 and kept still. That was the direction I have taken according to the instructions from Adobe. It was about 10 months ago. All with Adobe CC and my downloaded apps have been working well. Last week, I needed prepare a DVD and came across some problems with the assets that I'm importing. This morning, I decided to try and import my calendar Pro directly into yet. Still wouldn't let me import the chronology, I'm guessing that the chronology was first Pro CC 2014 was last updated, so I thought open it in Premiere Pro CS6 and import it like this. I assumed that PP CS6 change somehow the file to adjust its parameters from CC 2014. He would not, but this isn't my problem at the moment.
In my cloud Creative App Manager he told me that Premiere Pro CS6 needed an update. So I clicked the button to update and when he did, that's what I have...
All my Apps now read 'Start trial.' I tried to uninstall Premiere Pro CS6, assuming that he has reinstalled the update, but it is nowhere on my computer to be found. I can start at first Pro CC, but it's the dialog I get when I try to open a project CC...
When I click 'OK', it brings back me to the Welcome screen.
I don't have to re - install all my apps I do again? It would be a big pain.

Cloud programs don't use serial... numbers you, connect you to your cloud account paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work

I am trying to download the free trial for Mac, but it says that my system is no longer supported. Currently, my mac runs on 10.8.5 version but it seems impossible to update the mac. Someone knows how to fix this?

Photoshop CC 2015 would require minimum Mac OS 10.9, therefor you can maximum download the trial version of Photoshop CC 2014 which is compatible with the version of Mac OS you have.

Since 69 days ago, I bought a dreamweaver license, I have charged me twice and I can't use it. I couldn't activate it because it says that my trial period has expired. My lightroom says that my trial has expired, but I have never had a trial. I bought Lightroom 6 (CD version only, office) and installed on my computer. Now I can't import pictures and it'e telling me my trial happened to expire. Help, please.

CC says my LR trial has expired, but I pay $9.99 monthly for the LR / PS of photography plan, what happens on LR has disabled the develop module but PS works fine. I connect only a couple had a week to CC that has something to do with it?

Okay - just realized that the last screen was asking just for a 'title' to my question!
I have Adobe Acrobat standard XI, but at trial as the "compare documents" would include Pro. I tried to download a free trial of Pro, but the installer said that "it has detected a more complete version of the product" - probably my standard version? - and stopped installation. It's not clear to me, what are my options for upgrading to Pro, or selectively to have bought the plugin "compare documents" (if possible). I use which is probably a business version of acrobat (i.e. my employer has, not me)-so do not know what catchy limits. I think it's a simple question, but he would appreciate advice.
-You can not install Acrobat Pro along with Acrobat Standard. You will need to remove Standard in order to install Pro.
-You (probably) cannot upgrade your license if it is a part of a business license. The license all will need to be upgraded.
-It is not possible to install only the "Compare document" function as a kind of add-on for Acrobat Standard.

Can Hi anyone please help? I want to subscribe to PhotoshopCC, I decided to download the free trial version first. I downloaded it, but when I open it a few seconds see a sign indicating photoshopcc has stopped working. My cell phone is compatible with the programme but I only 1.80 ghz is this a problem? I saw that you have 2.0 ghz to run the program, but people have told me that it should work on my laptop?
hiughkhk, I assume you are using windows 7 or newer.
Navigate to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 - location of the folder in your computer and delete the file named "sniffer" and try to launch the Photoshop CC 2014.
If you are still having the same problem, please provide newspapers in the event viewer for Photoshop.
