  1) go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and locate the file named hosts inside etc folder.

  Copy 2) guests of the file to the desktop and open the same thing with Notepad.

  Check if you can see all Adobe related as entries in the Hosts file 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com... etc?

  Video section: 102223780 ordered and paid will not download. Tried 3 times in total, which resulted in noting the exception being charged for it 3 times.

  First of all, disconnect, then back into creative cloud, using adobe id to pay for your subscription.

  It should be the CC version which is equivalent to 6 with a cup of extra features, if you look at the on the screen, it should show it as 2015.5.1.

  You are fine as long as the country of your Adobe ID and country of your credit card match; and the country is one that we support for a creative cloud subscription. The fact that you are in a different country now is ok.

  Please open the app creative cloud on your computer and the gpo tot app tab. If you are not able to see the Lightroom CC listed, sign out and sign in the creative cloud.
