CD/DVD drive not working after reinstalling Windows

CD driver error

Hi, I had recently formatted my pc (laptop) and everything was fine until I tried to use my cd/dvd driver. I tried to run a disk .iso that I burned and used in the past, but with no succsess. I thought that maybe it was damaged or something like that, but when I tried to play the Cd or other Dvd it them played normally... It also seems that I can't burn to cd/dvd do anything now... then it's a hardware or software problem? How can I solve it?
PS.i check the cd in my other computer and Word very well...
