CD Rom drive not recognized of the games which are already installed.

Hi, I have a similar problem.
But let's start at the beginning.

About 5 months ago, I bought a game. It did not work properly. After a month without playing, I wanted to have fun again. And here it starts.
I clicked on the game icon and the message "' Please insert the correct dvd - rom, press OK and restart the application".» And that's all. So I tried to run every possible way, my two dvd-drivers, then I uninstalled and installed again first on one, on the second disc, but nothing new.
The thing is, that she even download necessary patches and computer, he sees (in my computer). But every time I want to play appears this irritating message.
Pilots celan are the disc has not yet a little dust on it.
On my brother's computer, it works perfectly.
My computer system is Vista, but I don't think that this has something to do with it.

Please, please help.

No matter what I do, I can't get my VM (XP) to recognize the CD/DVD drive. I am running version 2.0.6 of merger and under Mac OS X (10.5.8) on a MacBook Pro. I did a right click on the CD icon in the lower right corner of the computer virtual window, then select 'connect' CD/DVD - I see while the disc turns black (which indicates it's supposed to be connected). Hello

I see that the CD is missing on the computer.

      1. You did changes to the computer before the show?
      2. The computer is connected to a network?

    • New HARD drive not recognized by the SAS on PowerEdge T410 controller

One of the drives has failed on my RAID 1 configuration, so I bought a non-certified dell, Seagate Barracuda 500 GB drive (other readers were 250 GB).

I turned off the machine and swapped the failed drive with a new one (cable connections)

When I boot in Sas (SAS 6 ir) controller, it shows that the disk is missing.

I turned off the server and changed the cables from the primary to the new disk, to see if it would make a difference. None. Watch again ' driving status: missing.

What I have to buy dell certified readers? I'm doing something wrong? Or is the obsolete RAID controller?

Any help would be appreciated! My primary hardrive gives signs of failure. I have a picture of him, but I'd like to get it mirrored on my new record ASAP.

      Thank you

      Hello director87

Go to the RAID properties > manage table > manage Hot Spare disks. You should see a list of all drives that detects the controller. Your RAID 1 drives will be listed as primary and secondary. The new drive should not be anything in the area of the 'State of the drive. Use the arrows to select the new disk and keys to assign it as a spare drive + /. After you assign it as a spare drive it should start to rebuild.

If you don't see the drive in the list, then check the screen of the SAS topology. If you see in the SAS topology then use CTL D to shoot to the top of the additional options. Let me know if it will allow you to do something to the reader in this screen. If you don't see in SAS topology then it does not appear that the controller is able to communicate properly with this player.

      Thank you

I tried 4 different USB 2.0 on 4 different and no computers drives won't recognize readers for the latest Automatic updates.

      2 computer laptop w / Win 7 32 bit all service packs

      3 laptop w / Win 7 64-bit all service packs

4 desktop w / Win XP Pro 32 bit all service packs

All versions are professional, all devices are fully patched and recognise the mouse USB, HD', other USB devices.

3 of the flash drives are Sandisk Ultra USB 16 GB sticks, one is nine of its packaging.

1 is a 8 GB generic to Symantec given as a promo, but it is brand new.

All these discs worked in these devices before the last major thrust of update.

There is no splat / exclamations in the Device Manager.

If all the USB controllers are removed and reinstalled, it does not address the issue.

Difficulty of MS it detects no problem.

      USB 1.0 drives work!

None of these devices are equipped with USB 3.0 ports

      Hi Laurence,.

Please keep us updated on the status of the issue and apologize for the lack of communication.

As you mentioned that this problem occurred after installing Windows updates, then I would suggest you to restore your computer to a restore point that was created before the date and time when you started to notice the problem.

To do this, please follow the steps from the following link:

      Restore system files and settings

Note: When you use the system restore to restore the computer to a previous state, programs and updates that you have installed are removed.

After restoring the system, try to manually install the Windows updates (try to install one by one) to identify what update caused this problem.

To do this, please follow the steps from the following link:

Install Windows updates in Windows 7

      Hope this information helps.

Please reply with the results, in order to help you solve the problem.

    • Try to plug it into the router which is already installed and running with the other computers in the House.

My computer says "Windows cannot find the certificate to connect to the network."  This computer is working - and an administrator.  This person could not help me.  Hope someone here can...

The 'certificate' this computer is looking for is something that is used in networks wireless business and almost never in home wireless networks.

The following assumes that you have given to your home network wireless (SSID of the router) "name" which is recognizable as yours and different from the network name to your work.

The following also assumes that you are using Windows XP service pack 3 and you use to control your wireless Windows Wireless Zero Configuration (WZC) adapter.

If none of these assumptions are not correct, provide the relevant information.

If all of the above assumptions are correct, then

      • Open network connections (start > run > ncpa.cpl > OK)
      • Right-click on the icon for your wireless adapter and select Properties
      • Click the "Wireless Networks" tab.  This is where you confirm that "Use Windows to configure my wireless network" is checked. If it is not checked, stop here - you need to identify the utility that controls your wireless adapter before continuing. a good place to look is the icons in the Notification area (next to the time display)
      • Select your network (SSID of your router) from the list of "Preferred networks", and then click Properties
      • Click on the "Authentication" tab and uncheck the box for "enable authentication IEEE 802. 1 x for this network. "
      • OK your way out.

If "allow authentication IEEE 802. 1 x for this network"is checked, but grayed out, so you can't change it, click 'Cancel' to return to the"Wireless Networks"tab and"Remove"the entry of your router.  Then click on "View Wireless Networks", select your router, click Connect and enter your password when you are prompted.

    • USB drive not recognized on the A30-151 in XP

After a clean install of Windows XP Pro on a Satellite A30 151, a USB device remains in the category 'Other' (after installation of the graphics and audio drivers, modem) for which no driver seems to be available on the drivers CD. At this point, the category "USB" contains four entries, two standard "Universal Host Controllers" and two "OpenHost' controllers, with the default drivers.
I suspect that the missing device can be a USB 2.0 "PCI controller host improved USB" from another manufacturer, but Toshiba does not offer a driver for XP for it then it should be supported by the OS (?).
Any suggestions as to what can be and what drivers need?

It turns out that XP does support USB 2.0 according to the SP1, it seems a pre - SP1 version of XP Pro leads the native Windows drivers is not available. For anyone in a similar situation, it seems as if a) upgrade to SP1 or b) install the hotfix Q312370)

      http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=Q312370_WXP_SP1_x86_ENU.exe

for the English version should throw a lot of download sites) followed by the autodetection of the native Windows drivers should do the trick. However, the following SP1 problem may come into play

      http://EU.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com/cgi-bin/ToshibaCSG/FAQ.jsp?service=EU&FID=TRO0000001c0d

in this case, the "NEC PCI to USB Enhanced Host Controller B1" driver required original can be found by searching for "USB driver" for "Windows 2000" for the Satellite A30 Toshiba driver download page.

    • DC Pro Adobe drive not recognized in the PC disc drive

Just bought a disc of Acrobat Pro DC (PC, student and teacher) at Best Buy - and my windows 8.1 PC is not yet recognize it in the disc drive - says it can't find, asks if I'm sure I can install or just don't know the disc drive entirely.  The hard drive works with other software very well, so it's not the problem.  I should also mention that this is the 2nd disc of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC I bought today - thinking that the first was somehow defective.   Both have the same mistakes.   Is there an Adobe installer that I can download?  Or I can just download a Adobe since I already have the serial number?  I have a HP mini flow 200 mini desktop intel celeron processor 4 GB memory, disk drive Samsung which has worked well for all the rest.

      Hi Katherine,

It seems that you bought the disc Acrobat of some third-party provider is the reason why you are faced with such a question.

Although Adobe does not support the software purchased from some outside the seller, however please refer to the following link for download Acrobat DC and licenses with the number series you have.

    • CD/DVD drive not recognized by the program ChurchPlus

When I backup files of Church PC (program ChurchPlus) to my CD - r, the program lists "D" as a choice.  When I restore at home on my PC from the CD - r, it mentions "D" as a choice.  BUT, when I try to back up files that have changed on the CD - r, "D" is not listed as a choice.  My home computer's Inspiron 620 and the diagnosis, I ran said that all past.  Can someone help me with this?  Other financial partners to the Church are able to make their backups without problem.  Any help appreciated.

      Linda

This error refers to a missing entry in the registry. It has nothing to do with the question of if you have saved the program. My suggestion would be to contact support for more of PowerChurch for assistance than the error, or possibly check in their forums.

I was able to find this message that relates to the same error. The posted solution is to go to help > PowerChurch Plus and right click the system information tab select Run Netsetup.

      Hello guys,.

      Maybe you can help me:

      I installed VMWare 6.0 on a server HP ML350 G9 with image OEM offered custom HP, ESXi - 6.0.0 - 2494585-HP - 600.9.3.30.2.

      This works perfectly.

Now I am trying to apply the latest available official patch (ESXi600-201507001), but it seems to kill some important VIB

      VIBs installed: VMware_bootbank_esx - base_6.0.0 - 0.11.2809209, VMware_bootbank_lsu-lsi-lsi-mr3-plugin_1.0.0-2vmw.600.0.11.2809209, VMware_bootbank_lsu-lsi-megaraid-sas-plugin_1.0.0-2vmw.600.0.11.2809209, VMware_bootbank_misc - drivers_6.0.0 - 0.11.2809209, VMware_bootbank_sata - ahci_3.0 - 21vmw.600.0.11.2809209, VMware_bootbank_scsi - hpsa_6.0.0.44 - 4vmw.600.0.0.2494585, VMware_bootbank_scsi - mpt2sas_19.00.00.00 - 1vmw.600.0.0.2494585

The next time I reboot the server, the data store is not available, no more and I have to do a restore. I suspect that the new bootbank_hpsa is the origin of the problem.

So, how to install the latest patch without losing the data store connectivity?

      Thank you

What should work, is to download the latest driver hpsa in the/hpq/latest/esxi-600-devicedrivers Indexand install it just after the connection of the host (prior to restart it). The .zip file contains a bundle off line as well as the .vib file.

I bought a 120 GB OCZ SSD Agility 3 disc to install in my laptop the dv9700T CTO.  The drive is not recognized by the BIOS when it is installed in the Bay of 1 or 2, but is recognized when connected via USB as a secondary drive.  The drive works fine in a different computer, so I know the drive works.  There seems to be a problem with the SATA (ICH8) controller.

Someone at - it any information on that?  Would love to get the drive works in my laptop.

      Thank you.

If you have a HARD drive installed in the secondary Bay and the OCZ SSD in the first Bay, the dv9700t starts and works very well.
