Change a few Danish letters on the keyboard

HI-Can someone tell me how to change the two buttons next to each other?

On the two buttons, he said two Ae O which is 2 Danish letters I would change so when I press the Æ button it will type O instead, which is also the button and of course vice versa?

Thank you

Hello

If you want to change your keyboard directly, I have to say that's not possible. You can t change a few letters on the keyboard.

What you can do is to change the input language of keyboard in Windows, but here you can change between the official keyboard layouts and not to assign simple buttons.

    Hello

    1. What is the number of brand and model of the laptop?
    2. are you having the problem with the keyboard while using applications or with a particular application?
    3. were there any changes made on the computer before this problem?

    Method 1:
Check the link and try to run the Troubleshooter:
Open the hardware and devices Troubleshooter
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/open-the-hardware-and-devices-Troubleshooter

    Method 2:
If the problem persists I suggest to start the computer in Mode safe mode with network and check whether you are faced with the same question. If the problem does not occur in Mode safe mode with networking you perform the clean boot to find what service or startup item is causing the problem.

    Step 1:
Start the computer using safe mode with networking.

    (a) remove all floppy disks, CDs and DVDs from your computer, and then restart your computer.

    (b) If your computer has a single operating system installed, press and hold the F8 key as your computer restarts.

    (c) you must press F8 before the Windows logo appears.

    (d) if the Windows logo appears, you need to try again by waiting until the Windows logon prompt appears, and then stop and restart your computer.

    (e) on the screen Advanced Startup Options , use the arrow keys to select the desired mode safe mode with networking option and press enter.

    (f) sign in your computer with a user account with administrator rights.

    Reference: http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/advanced-startup-options-including-safe-mode

    Step 2:
If the issue happen not in Mode safe mode with networking, try to set up your computer in a clean boot state and check to see if the same problem happens.

By setting your boot system minimum state helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem.

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or Windows 7:
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

Note: After the boot minimum troubleshooting step, follow step 7 in the link provided to return the computer to a Normal startup mode.

    Method 3:
I suggest you to use the keyboard on the screen and check if it works. You can check the links
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/type-without-using-the-keyboard-on-screen-keyboard

If you are able to type on the keyboard screen I would contact the manufacturer of your laptop for extra support.

    I hope this information helps!

  • Want want 360: 360 - repeat the letters on the keyboard

I saw this question desccribed (rightly) in many other places - my keyboard randomly inserts a copy of the letter as I type. But I do not see a ffix everywhere (just did again). I tried to change the keyboard settings, downloading updates, etc, etc. It's actually the THIRD computer HP Envy in a row to have this problem. He is going back to Best Buy if I can't find a solution.

    Model 15-u010dx

    Windows 8.1

In fact, that won't do, but thanks for trying.

    The solution is actually this:

    http://h30434.www3.HP.com/T5/notebook-hardware/keyboard-has-a-tendency-to-repeat-keystrokes-maaking/TD-p/2650729

I tried all the other suggested fixes: changes/updates to BIOS; keyboard settings, uninstall the drivers, etc. The link above, which will take you through the evolution of the "rate of key Bounce" in the registry was finally the fix.

I had three computers HP Envy due to this problem - many hours wasted with corrections and feedback. No one at HP could never understand - thanks to 'talkingtoaj2' to understand the problem of HP. He should be compensated.

  • A few letters on the keyboard, when typed, display numbers instead.

What switch have I accidentally toggled when you press on, the letter m, j, k, l, numbers show, i.e. 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 etc. instead letters?  I use Windows Vista Home Basic on a Gateway laptop.

    Hello pud123,

You have activated the function of digital lock on your keyboard. Find the NumLck key on your keyboard. It is normally on the top row of keys or above the number pad. Press Fn (function) and NumLck at the same time. Who's going to turn off the numLock setting. It may be different combinations of keys on the different computer manufacturer. Dell is usually Fn + F4, Compaq is Fn + scroll stop. Each manufacturer can use another set of keys
combination, then you will need to check with your computer manufacturer.

    I hope this helps.

  • EliteBook 8460p letters on the keyboard fade after six months?

The subject says that it is. Anyone with a glimpse of how it is possible? Its already happening on several keys. The user is a male without any indication of the overuse or indication of chemical residue on your hands. That is to say a regualar desktop environment...

Is there a known manufacturing defect so Im see the effects of?  (Im surprised why I see this)

Different people produce different amounts of acid that excretes from their skin and oil. Some people sweat more than others and it might be that this batch of keyboards may not have been completely healed or had a mixture of bad ink. Many reasons, but if it's only 6 months, contact Customer Service and ask them to send you a replacement.

  • Why some letters on the keyboard stops responding in the computer toshiba laptop

    Hi, when

    I press the letter

    one

    b

    n

    & Enter

    the keypd does not

It would be a hardware problem. It's probably because you used your laptop for so long that the circuit that detects if the key is pressed or not has been damaged. In this case, I recommend buying a new laptop. You can try to check for aswell of dirt that could be stuck under the keys.

    Hope this has helped.

    Hello

Looks like you are using a wrong keyboard layout. Thin I language settings are bad!
Maybe you have a US keyboard and the settings are set to the United Kingdom?

Please check this in the dashboard-> regional and language-> languages-> details options.
Here, you can add a second language or you can change one to another provision of the keyboard.
