  Go to HP.com, click on Support, download the drivers.  Put in Z420 in the product name, then select the workstation Z420.   This will bring up the page drivers.  Select the version of your operating system.  (This is the usual place to find drivers)

  Under "Software - management system" down load the utility BIOS Configuration (BCU) (International).  This tool will create a text dump of your BIOS settings file.  We can change this file, and then use the changed file to update the BIOS settings.

  In this file, there is a section for the "install language", with several languages listed below.  The language with the * in front of it is the one that is turned on.  In your case, remove it * before French and add it * before English.  Then follow the instructions on how to use this file to update your BIOS settings.

  I've found a workaround. When you change the settings of the daily analysis in the HP Solution Center and start parsing a time from the PC, these parameters are passed to the printer.

  Basically you first install the language of the CC App first.

  After this is done, go into Photoshop preferences > Interface > the INTERFACE language of the menu drop down and restart Photoshop.

  That s bad. Laptops are specific to these countries and offered products in a country specific language only on that your recovery image there is no multilingual option.

  All you can do now is to do clean install OS using installation disc original from Microsoft with the Windows version English or install the Language Pack Microsoft on existing windows.
  In any case, prior to change what any create recovery disk. You can use this disc a day if you want to have once again the factory settings.

  BLUE BUTTON = UP ARROW BUTTON, GREY = THE ARROW BUTTON, GREEN = OK

  Go to the special Menu:

  -Press CANCEL and POWER button at the same time

  -Enter special key combination

  --> Press BLUE, GREEN, GRAY button in sequence

  -Support Menu display

  -Keep pressing the GREY button to highlight reset Menu

  -Press the GREEN button when Reset is highlighted

  -Press the GRAY button and select partial reset

  -printer will reset and it should display the list of languages

  -Be sure to select English

  -Choose the correct region also

  Maybe you have mixed a few letters for example or a caps lock button has been activated

  Additional info: it of not possible to remove the BIOS password yourself if the old password of BIOS is not known.
