  If you have reviewed the file on the remote server and the code is in place, this is what will be sent to the browser. Dreamweaver template tags are simply HTML comments that start with InstanceBeginEditable or InstanceEndEditable. Dreamweaver uses comments internally to control what can or cannot be changed within Dreamweaver. According to browsers and web servers are concerned, they are simply comments that are ignored.

  It is possible that a proxy server is caching of your page. You could try renaming the page, download the renamed version and check that.

  The only other thing I can think is that you use a model of Business Catalyst. Business Catalyst is is more integrated with Dreamweaver CC 2015.

  You can simply use one group from all other columns that the phone number and then choose the min (phone_number):
