Hello. I have my personal creative Cloud 'Photography' (the 10.00 per month one) on my work computer (again, it is my personal subscription). My company gives me a new computer. Can advise you on what I should do, wise and also with my license files? I know that all my stuff in lightroom is on an external drive, but I want to make sure I have everything settled on the external drive if there is nothing else.

Explore Windows crashes when using creative Cloud
I also encounter this problem after using creative cloud Packager, install the following applications.
Bridge
Acrobat
Photoshop
Illustrator
InDesign
English (United States) as the language
Windows 7 Pro x 64
When I run the package install, about 5 min in the install explorer.exe stops working (i.e. the desktop background and the icons have disappeared).
I don't get a crash of windows error, because explorer.exe broke down... as if it was not quite clear.
However, when I restore explorer.exe Taskmanager > new task > explorer.exe I see software installation, there are no errors, and software work.
something in this installation package is to kill explorer.exe.
Let me know if you have need for a newspaper or something.
@bigdog3766 - my work around
(1) wait for about 1-2 minutes of deployment, then ctrl + alt + delete when the icons disappear on your desktop
(2) Taskmanager > new task > explorer.exe > ok - at this stage all the icons are back
(3) computer > Add Remove Programs > uninstall Acrobat Pro
(4) log on to the account of creative cloud on the computer, and then click on install for Acrobat Pro
Uninstallation of Acrobat pro is very fast, depending on your download speed, installation may take a little.
It is perhaps not a solution, but will work until the deployment tool is updated and the problem is solved.

I'm new to creative cloud and again to find out how it works. Our company wants to buy a CC for the sale of the teams. How many computers can I install the software? Related to that, I understand that you must login to use the software. Can you be connected to multiple computers, or is there a limit?

Application when using creative Cloud memory problem
I get a problem Application memory on my new Macbook 15 "i7 (with 16 GB of ram) while using the creative cloud (usually Photoshop and Illustrator). When I open on my Mac activity monitor, "Appointment" process name shows at the top like 2 entrances separated as using not less 25,14 GB of memory, making Adobe products to hanging as "Not responding" just below that in the memory of the activity which explains why Creative cloud keeps crashing. Can someone please shed some light on this matter? I have updated to the latest iOS (El Capitan 10.11) and uninstalled and reinstalled all Adobe products on my machine. Any advice on how to avoid this problem are greatly appreciated - thank you.

I wanted to put photoshop on my new computer so I downloaded cloud creative but connected with the wrong email to an account that I had done years before and forgotten, apparently. my computer guard signed in as the old one, but my other my purchases.

How can I change the start setting for creative cloud?

installing Adobe Premier on the second PC using creative cloud.
After installation of Adobe first Pro Cs6 via Creative Cloud on the second PC, I can see only the "Updated" label, but no application has been installed on the PC. Also in the Program Files/Adobe folder, there is no record of the Prime Minister. How to fix?

I want to know if I can use creative cloud with the same account on different computers, because my children want to she and I have known if I buy when I can use it on several computers at the same time
If it is the individual subscription, you can activate on 2 computers only.
However, there is no limit for installation, but you can connect and activate on 2 computers only.
If you had already signed and activated CC apps on 2 computers, and there still if you want to activate on a 3' rd computer, you can simply disconnect one of the 2 comps, so that you can keep counties of activation.

First of all, if you still have access to the older computer, log out of CC activation on this computer by visiting any product > help > log out. This will disable your activation on the previous PC.
Then go to the website of creative cloud and download applications directly or download desktop applications and downlad CC through that.
If you do not have access to old PC, and you get a message like 'limit reached activation', follow the steps in this document:

I use creative cloud of Adobe Premiere Pro and it does not allow me to drag. In the line of time, only the audio files of the video MXF files. Video plays in the source window, but does not to drag me and thenedit on the time line with the. MXF files. audio will slide to the time line, but not the video. Interestingly, not later than end of December 2015 it allowed me to change with .mxf files, but no, it won't. Any help out there?

I just bought the app for photographers creative cloud when I try finally connect with PS CC, I received an error message that says "no detected subscription. I don't really know how to solve this problem, I used my Adobe ID to connect several times and it just still the same message.
