Hi JudyIrrera,

(b) press the Tab key to point to "Set the text size custom (PPP)", and then press ENTER.

(c) press the tab key to point to the text box "scale to this percentage of normal size.

(d) clear the current percentage using Backspace, and then type 100.

(e) press OK.

(f) press the tab key to hit apply them.

(g) disconnect and then open a session to see if the problem can be solved.

  • Qosmio X 500 - 15F - how can I change the DPI?

    Hello

    With Qosmio X 500 - 15F and graphic card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 M

How can I change the DPI? I already tried different resolution settings. It does not change the problem.

    Thanks for help

DPI is the number of pixels per inch of the LCD screen. You can not change this.

I think that the software needs a specific resolution or the size of the LCD screen. Try lowering the resolution 1280 x 800 or an external monitor.

  • How to change the dpi from 72 to 100

    Hello

I'm relatively new to Photoshop and mostly self-taught. I am creating a backdrop that is 13' x 8.5 '. I had to create the image at 13 'x 8.5' and I guess that the CIO was set at default 72. The printer needs the file to be in the less than 100 dpi at print size, but I can't figure out how to do this. I've already resized my file and double registered (a resampled and the other does not). How to check and change the dpi and to understand which is the best resolution, or I need to completely recreate the image? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

    Hello

    Greetings!

    Open Photoshop

Click on the Image-> Image size and change the value of resolution there.

    Click ok.

  • Can I change the DPI setting by device

It's frustrating that there is a systemic configuration option for adjusting the speed of the mouse (DPI to the movement of the mouse). It is too fast for the slow or external mouse to the trackpad. Most of the users do not change the setting when switching from one to the other every day. Toshiba uses the Microsoft ie driver. no additional device control. Toshiba is missing a manual, the driver and the FAQ for their mouse. Support is limited to perhaps a phone number. No e-mail, no Web site feedback contact.
The bellows of tags in this kind of forum is also very limited and not user-friendly. A tag which out of the following is the problem?
mouse, W15, 10 windows driver, settings

    Hello tim_chambers

Settings of the mouse was always part of the operating system installed.

If you need adjust your mouse settings, in windows 10, simply go to settings/DEVICES/Mouse & touchpad (use 'option of additional mouse', at the bottom of the page if you need or search advanced settings)

  • How can I increase the size of the font of the text in the WORLD WITHOUT changing the DPI or RESOLUTION?

This question was asked a thousand times.  I searched for hours and can't find a correct answer.

I want to increase the font size in all of windows.  The default 9pt is TOO SMALL TO READ at least THAT YOUR FACE IS<12" from="" the="">

For example, the clock in the lower-right. Or, the dialog boxes when you hover over something like the button start, or help him at question mark, etc.

Another perfect example: right-click the taskbar, open the taskbar and Start Menu Properties window.  I can not READ anything IN the BOX of THIS exception to its title, which I have increased in the Adv. App. Settings.

DOES ANYONE HAVE A SOLUTION TO INCREASE THE SIZE OF POLICE FROM 9 TO 11 OR 12?  ANYONE? BUELLER?

I found a thousand INACCURATE responses.  Please do not repeat them here.

    1. I didn't WANT to INCREASE DPI.  If it was a solution, would not prompt warning about things arise.
    2. I didn't WANT TO CHANGE MY RESOLUTION.  There is nothing wrong with something else in the image on the monitor except Windows chose 9pt as their default font size.  That the LETTERS are too small; nothing else needs increased.
    3. I was for of APPEARANCE ADVANCES SETTINGS under personalization and change what you can change, which limits itself to the Menu, title bars, ToolTip and a few others.  THIS IS NOT ENOUGH.
    4. I tried the regedit merger to change the font from Segoe, Verdana, but it's still at 9pt, so it is still TOO SMALL.

Thanks in advance for any helpful information.

My DPI settings seem to be too high.  I'm scanning a single page and the file is 21MB in size.  I can't find how to reduce the dpi.

Is it possible to do it on this device?

    Thank you.

    Hi zulwe,

You can adjust the DPI and PPI parameters depending on the program you are using. Because you are using Windows as your operating system, you can have this printer Officejet HP solutions Center. Check this box: scanning with HP Solution Center software in Windows

And no, we cannot do this on the device. It can only be done through your computer.

  • Presario CQ5720F: Changed the motherboard, need original key from windows 7 to get my replacement windows 10 key

Hi there, I don't know if I'll have some luck with this question, because my computer is a few years old. A few months ago I asked a friend to help me to update my old computer, which he did, but it seems to cause problems with my OS. I believe that my machine originally supplied with Windows 7 on it, and I was updated for Windows 10 a little so that before all this. So long story short, my friend updated my PC successfully, but when he was done my version of Windows 10 now shows the text "Activate Windows" on the lower right.  I was told that it was because my internal hardware had been changed, but when I contacted Microsoft to get a new key, they needed my original key of Windows 7 so that they give me a free replacement key Windows 10.

I doubt that I'll be able to get assistance to get a new key for this machine, as it seems that all official support, I tried to get all of lead them to dead ends. I'd appreciate help on the question if this means that I can save my money and not end up having to buy a new key for Windows 10.

The computer (your desktop, right) provided with Windows 7 Home Premium. There was a sticker key Code on the case. What happened to him?

  • How to determine or change the DPI setting on a photo?

Our son was killed while serving in Iraq.  A group of history approached us, as well as other families, for pictures of our son to use in a documentary of the battle.  They asked for the photos in "600 dpi.  I have not tried something like that for several years has so much changed and I'm lost.  I'm 10.11.2 on an iMac OS, and as far as I know, all software is aware of upgrades.  All my photos are saved on an external hard drive, but I want to be sure to preserve the originals without any damage.  Online research just confused issues.  I used Apple/Mac since the Apple IIe, so I know that it shouldn't be hard to do.

Condolences for the loss of your son. Another vet but in Vietnam. We appreciate all of its services.

Probably the best application for this would be Graphic Converter.

  • Import of the FIRST rows using ACR - you can change the dpi?

When you import using ACR Nikon RAW files, it matters to them at 240dpi.

It is editable for import at 300 dpi, which seems the norm?

Also, where can I find the latest version of ACR for the Nikon D90?

    Thanks in advance.

    Graham

Easily changed.  Click the small link at the bottom in the center of the Camera Raw dialog box.  Here you can choose the value of pixels/inch, as well as several other important parameters.  Once you finish a conversion or press [done] the parameter will stick.

The latest updates of Camera Raw and Photoshop can be found here:

    http://www.Adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=39&platform=Windows

You can upgrade to the latest version of Camera Raw that goes with your version of Photoshop.  In other words, locate your version of Photoshop in the list, and then sweep upward to the updated Camera Raw you can put in.

Check the product ReadMe files for which versions are supported cameras.
