  -Don't you make changes to the computer before this problem?

  Follow these methods.

  Method 1.

  Last good known Configuration is a Windows startup option that uses the most recent system settings that worked correctly.

  Method 2.

  If the 1^st method does not help, then try the system restore from safe mode which is in the advanced boot options. The Advanced Boot Options screen lets you start Windows in advanced troubleshooting mode.

  You can use the restore points for Windows 7 to return to a previous state, when your computer was working properly.

  whenever I choose another paper automatically return to advance and normal quality hp photo paper.

  I understand that you have some problems with printing to your Windows 7 PC to your 7520 Photosmart e-all-in-one printer. I can help you with that.

  To start, make sure that the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not a surge protector. Once done:

  1. If the printer is connected to your PC via a USB cable, remove it.
  2. Close any programs you have open.
  3. Click on start and open devices and printers.
  4. Right-click on any icon of your printer listed.
  5. Click on remove the instrument.
  6. Repeat for all other icons of your printer listed.
  7. If you removed the USB cable, connect. If this is not the case, click on add printer and follow the prompts to add a new queue for your printer.

• How can I change the paper orientation when printing on Photos?

  In the Photos on OSX El Capitan, I would like to print photos. I put them up to two print by page, but when I went to print, the paper was not portrait and landscape oriented as indicated in the overview. (screenshot below)

  

  There seems to be no way to set the direction for the paper from Photos and no option in the print dialog box to change this. I looked up the other forum posts and proposed to set the default paper size in the printer setup... .mine shows 8.26 11.69 inches (A4), which should be the portrait.

  Anyway I can change this so I can actually print photos on paper?

  I could not the orientation to be changed but found a workaround.

  Hi all

  I bought a printer HP M125a (print, copy, scan), but I have a problem with the copy of Pages A4.

  When I put my A4 paper in the scanner to copy, laser scan only my printer from start position LTR (letter) is the result of 2CM at the bottom of my main A4 sheet not copied.

  Notice: When I analyze a picture to cumputer I don't have this problem and al of my scanned image, but a copy.

  I think I need to change the format of paper copy or print settings. I put all paper sizes in 'Control panel-> devices and printers' A4, but my problem not solved.

  On the start menu, open the Printers folder and open the Toolbox of the HP device.

  In the 'System' tab select copy settings and change the format of A4 paper, then click on apply and confirm the changes.

  I just be reformatted my computer (Windows 7 Professional - 64-bit) and then reinstalled my HP Laserjet P1006 (download the driver from the HP website)

  Even if I changed the settings EVERYWHERE in A4 format - including measures to display millimetres - and even if all parameters indicate that the format has been modified correctly, printed documents still come out as if printed on letter-size.

  The only place in the printer settings and preferences that I can find where it says even the letter notes from the 'Général' tab (right click on the default printer > "Printer properties") where he under the heading 'Book' says 'letter '.  And... I don't know where and how change this setting.

  However on my second printer of the same model that I use another computer, the settings show also letter in this place, and this computer can - despite this - still print in A4 format... so maybe it's not the problem.

  Can someone please help!

  And in fact, I discovered how to solve the problem already:

  (1) open Word Doc aq + go to...  FILE > Options > Advance > printing

  "(2) uncheck the following question:"Scale content for A4 or 8.5 x 11"paper size" + OK

  I know it makes no sense, but it works.

  In the printing preferences, use the closest 'brochure' or 'thick' or other media type cardstock that you will find in the list of available paper types.

• Cannot change the ePrint Android app paper type when printing photos

  I have the app installed on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S4) Android ePrint mobile and have a 7520 Photosmart printer at home.

  When I'm at home, I see the same printer mentioned twice of the ePrint app, once via ePrint (with the printer shown e-mail address) mobile on my phone and the other wireless (with IP address).

  If I were to print a picture from the application mobile ePrint, if I select my printer via a wireless connection, I see the option to change the type of paper, i.e. the plain paper or paper photo; But if I select the printer even via ePrint, the ability to change paper type no longer appears in the application.

  When I travel, I do not see my printer via ePrint and I can't print a photo on from regular paper because of the absence of the option "document type." However, if I were to print a document via ePrint mobile application, the ability to change paper type appears.

  So to summarize:

  (1) mobile ePrint app photo wireless print - option "paper type" is present;

  (2) photo of ePrint mobile printing app via ePrint - option "paper type" is absent;

  (2) document of ePrint mobile printing app via ePrint - option "paper type" is present.

  This may be by design, correct?

  I did some research on your post.

  You're right, this is normal. This is due to the method of communication used. When you use the application printing via ePrint, it sends information by e-mail and limits the options available.

  Need to print on thicker card, but the paper is a little too think to roll smoothly through the printer.

  Anyone know if there is a way to change the printing options to solve this problem?

  This would be a limitation of the printer, so I suggest to contact the printer manufacturer for advice. My suspicion is that it will take another printer.

  I recommend you contact the manufacture of the printer from the settings on the printer, if you have manual printer go through how to change the document preferably loading.

• To change the paper size

  Environment: Windows Xp
  Printer: HP Designjet T1100 44 inch HPGL2
  Driver: HP DesignJet T1100 44 inch HPGL2 (61.73.362.41)
  Application: Adobe 10.1.3

  We have a user tries to send a print to this device, and they try to change the size of the paper. By default, this printer is configured to print to A0.

  Accessing the printer/quality tab we change the size of the Document to A1, but it continues to be printed in A0. This printer shared from another computer. When printing directly from the desktop the same problem does not occur.

  Some of the things we have tried

  • Confirmed that the two computers are the same version of Adobe Reader
  • Aligned to Adobe (right size Options, choose page PDF format paper source)
  • Aligned with various parameters of the size of the Document, the Source document printer

  On the 'features' page while we tried to set Options for resizing for 'Print Document On' every time that we are navigating away from this tab it seems back to "actual size."

  Any help/suggestions would be appreciated!

  Thanks for getting back to me.

  There is a big difference between printing remotely and using Mac OS to make sure that your printer using paper settings desired.

  What operating system you print at a distance of?  (Android or iOS?)

  If you use one of the interfaces above on a mobile device, you will need to the HP ePrint app to set up the parameters of type/bin on your printer paper.  If you have not already installed this app, click here to download iOS or Android here .

  If you have never used this app before, click here for more information.  You will find that once you install it, you will need to activate it with your personal email address.  Once you have finished the activation, you will see that when you go to print, you can adjust the settings of your printer and select the type of paper you want.

  Note that printing using Android or Apple AirPrint is OS printing methods will not allow you to this level of control on what kind of paper your default printer for each print job.
