• Satellite X 200: Webcam locked by another program

  I had the problem with the webcam on my X 200 where it says "Camera locked by another program".
  I updated the driver and now the camera works ok for 2 seconds and then turns all black.
  However, when I enter the Options menu of the camera has no problem of image preview in the Options window, but when I switch back to the regular preview window or try to use with the Messenger, it works only for 2 seconds and then turns off.

  I tried several different drivers, but nothing seems to work... Any advice will be greatly apprecciated.

  This problem appeared after Premiere Pro cs6 update 6.0.5. and Nvidia graphic drivers at 320... then 331,65. Reading CUDA started working correctly when I reinstalled the graphics drivers Nvidia 307.07 old. It was very unsupposed problem.   You run the internal webcam software at the same time? If Yes, it could assign the webcam feature in Skype so close to the webcam software before you start Skype and use the webcam.

  The webcam software load automatically at the beginning of the windows to start the procedure. The program mentioned is perhaps the assistant webcam software.
  You can disable this automatic startup in msconfig.

  I use my webcam for Skype quite frequently.  However, all of a sudden my webcam will not illuminate.  When I tried to open the "camera assistant software" to see if the camera worked there, he said the camera was "locked by another application" but I don't think I have anything open that would block my webcam.  Is there anything I can try to take my camera works again?
