  I suggest that you run the following commands from a command prompt (Admin).

  (1) sfc/scannow, when finished and restart

  (2) Dism.exe / Online/Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

  (3) Dism.exe/online/Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth Reboot and try to perform the maintenance, if the problem persists restart sfc/scannow and restart the computer.

  I am facing a problem. When my clients are connecting remote VPN IPSec an hour it automatically disconnects the connection. Users need to be re - authenticate. I also changed the timekeepers of the IPSec Security Association and timer ISAKMP, but still the same problem persists.

  According to my findings my user authentication becomes Cisco ACS/RADIUS server, which is running on the default settings and the policy is enforced by Cisco ACS. I have a suggestion how can I set the timer and to address this problem.

  What version of ACS you run and very probably the attribute "session timeout" is probably sent, you can extend this attribute or remove it on the status of the authorization.

  It's not easy to say why this problem occurs. In my view, that the cooling module can t working properly at the time and the temperature rises up to the critical limit. Then the operating system stops to avoid the problem of overheating.
  It s seems that after I removed and connect the battery fan works fine and the temperature remains stable.

  Looks like the PIX loses its connection and the router is unable to say that the PIX has dropped.

  Try the isakmp keepalive on both devices configuration but also check network links extended features.

  I've set up an IPsec tunnel between sonicwall pro road and cisco ASA 5510. The well established tunnel and two subnets can access each other.

  I then added a static route to a public ip address on the sonicwall ipsec policy, so that all traffic to this ip address will go through the IPsec tunnel. It also works very well.

  But the problem is aftre tunnel Ipsec sometimes breaks down, and then I need to renegotiate the ipsec on sonicwall to restore the tunnel.

  This happens twice a day. I'm whther fear that this behavior is because of problems with config. I'm pasting my ASA running Setup here. Plese give some advice.

  It is possible to build this configuration.

  the IPSEC connection between 10.0.3.x and 10.0.2.x should also encapsulate the traffic to main office.

  Steps to follow:

  Central office, to shift traffic to 10.0.3.x above the GRE tunnel.

  The second part, add the 10.0.3.x - 10.0.1.x selection of traffic to the ACL IPSEC with the third

  I configured 2 837 Cisco using SDM,

  VPN type: Site to another, with sharing of key.

  Both sides with ADSL and fixed IP (real ip).

  I got to the top with "TEST TUNNEL" but the VPN does not up if I stop no matter what router.

  After some time the tunnel breaks down and I don't know how to keep the tunnel up. I tried keepalive settings with no good news.

  Any suggestion?
