Cisco EX60 Touch Panel error

I just had to RMA a Cisco EX60 because the release key obtained would never agree on the system.  I got a new EX60 this morning.  After connecting the touch screen of the device and it turn, it attempts to downgrade or upgrade the touchscreen.  I arrive at the verification of the Signature does not and crashes.  I tried to restart the EX60 ANDS as well as reset the touch screen.  I even swapped touch screen to achieve the same result.  Any ideas?

The error message "has no signature verification" indicates that the pkg file you are trying to install has been corrupted.

you get this error message on touch screen or on the unity of the EX60 CLI?

I will recommend you to configure a DHCP server on the PC and assign IP address to the unit (as by default it is on DHCP as IP assginment Protocol) and then access the unit to improve TC 6.3 and then connect touch panel.

You can use DHCP32 software for it and a cross over connection between ex60 and PC.

    I recently bought a laptop computer (PSAR9A-02J001) A500 under Windows 7 (32-bit) Home Premium. Not all the albums multimedia touch panel buttons work. When the buttons are pressed, brands of laptop beep (which is normal) but the corresponding function is not executed.

    Remove the preinstalled version, restart your computer and install the latest version of the Toshiba download page.

    I am trying to determine if it is possible to use with the LabVIEW Touch Panel Module ActiveX controls.

    There is no ActiveX container on the pallet in the Touch Panel Module and I can't find any mention of ActiveX controls in the manual of touch panel.  So, I'm gathering that ActiveX is NOT supported on LabVIEW Touch Panel running on Windows Embedded CE.

    Can anyone confirm if the ActiveX controls are supported on the LabVIEW Touch Panel Module?

    What buffer you want to erase?  Transmit or receive?

    Usually transmit didn't need compensation because anything in it usually gets sent immediately.  I rarely need to clear the receive buffer.  But an easy way to delete it just to read all the bytes in there and just nothing to do with the data.

    I have a device of telepresence EX60. He is faced with a loop starting problem after I did a factory reset on the touchscreen.

    Good to see that you have done the factory reset but the system is still in a loop because of corrupted software file.

    We cannot access the device via SSH or Https, but we can access via the serial spacial cable.

    Or we can try to make the original factory for several times, because he can help us in the issue of fixing.

    Have you done this correctly?
    To reset the trip you must move the left then right reset button again. Press the power button on the right side at least 3 seconds.

  • Satellite 5105-S702 Touch ED error during the startup process

    When I start my Satellite 5105 - S702 laptop with the v8.4.0.24 of antivirus from Computer Associates (CA) software is turned on, I get the following at the end of the boot process error message:

    However, when I disable the CA antivirus software and restart the laptop, I don't get the error message.

    Would be grateful if someone could give advice if they have this problem with this laptop model, or the Satellite 5105-S701, or European equivalent model 5100-603, and how they have rectified it.

    I agree with you.
    In my view the installed (CA) anti-virus software is not fully compatible with the Toshiba Hotkey Utility or the software anti-virus doesn't recognize properly and can not handle.

    CA anti-virus does not for me but maybe you could set some parameters to ignore the Hotkey Utility from Toshiba.

    Maybe it helps if not I recommend you contact Computer Associates support team.

    I can't capture a square wave 10 kHz using NOR-SCOPE FPS.  The error that I get for the manual config and auto-setup is-200580 requested is not a valid Vertical offset.

    Max test panel can capture the signal without errors.

    My setup is PXI-5154 Slot3, chassis PXI-1031DC, Windows Vista, LabVIEW 2009, MAX 4.6.0f1.  Entry test square wave 10 kHz, 4Vp - p connected to Ch0 BNC 5154.

    What is the descriptor of the resource able & Automation Explorer (MAX) for this device?  Is it the same as other devices that were previously on your system?

    The 5154 can't stand the vertical offset, but other devices (for example the 5152) support vertical offset.  The NO-SCOPE Soft Front Panel (SFP) will use the resources descriptor to identify devices.  If no configuration is not found for a device with a particular resource descriptor, then the FPS will run an automatic configuration on the device.  However, if the FPS is a previous corresponding configuration with the same resource descriptor, it will attempt to use this same configuration.  This is where I believe you can receive the error.

    If you have a 5152, you can check the "vertical offset" parameter in the "Device setup" window - looks like this is the setting that attempts to commit to the 5154 the SFP and the NOR-SCOPE driver is throwing this error.  For a 5152, this parameter should appear, but the 5154 this setting should not appear.

    Could you try to re - appoint the device in your system for something unique?

    Let me know if it helps.  If not, it could be another question - let me know what version of the driver NOR-SCOPE you have installed if this is the case.
