  Begin by a traction battery on both ends.  You and another user both should remove your batteries while your phones are lit then the replacement and then try a video call of BBM.

  Yesterday, I saw that TMO made wifi available, the call for the classic. My device is unlocked on Amazon, but I use TMO and advanced and updated my software to achieve this functionality. Once you have completed the update of the wifi calling would not work. So I uninstalled the application calling wifi and now can no longer add it. I was told by Tmo to make a back up, wipe the device and reinstall the software and it should be available. Now my problem is I'm not able to save my camera to work through link.   I discovered the problem.  At the top of the QuickView screen, there is an arrow down which allows you to choose a subfolder BBM.  By selecting this folder, the conversations and contacts of current charges are filled in the list (which was empty).

  Looks like the problem is on.

  I reinstalled the OS all over again via link BB and restore my settings. The process of a lot of time took me almost 3 hours, but it is back and working now. BBM has been updated when reinstalling the OS to 10.5.15.19.

  Yet, it shows red in the world of the BB that the app is not available for my device... Looks like a certain bug is here to be reincarnated with the next update...

  You can use BBM video calls to other devices BlackBerry 10 only for the moment, no other platforms (iOS or android). You will see icon BBM of voice calls if your BBM contacts uses no 10 BlackBerry devices.

  Hello everyone! I heard about videoconferencing in bbm, but I can't find any possibility to do this with my contacts. They use bbm in iphone and once I received an unexpected video call from them but then the video call has been interrupted without reason and without giving me time to answer. I asked them how they managed to do it and they told me that they did nothing except try to contact me via the option normal call on bbm. If someone can tell me, it is possible to make calls video on bbm and if it is how can I do? Im running OS 10.3.2836 on my passport. Any advice will be useful. Thank you!

  Any phone that supports video calls would have a front and a rear facing camera.  Currently, no BlackBerry phone does include such a feature, so I guess that none will support video calling.

  Blackberry question, why don't have an application like Viber or Skype where users who have blackberry as 9900 or the 9860 in which the two phones have front camera could Skype call or an application like viber in the blackberry users can call on voip... it is a reall fall in expected an app for blackberry for almost a year rang also edge to do something about IT... most users go for iphone so because of these two applications that maintains the connected in time video reall... enjoy some answer on this...

  It is perhaps a question better directed to Skype and not HERE in the forums.  Skype has an application for BlackBerry, but it is only available to U.S. subscribers using Verizon.  (This information can be updated to date, it's updated information I have.)  Given that these forums are composed (not the right choice of words) of volunteers who love BlackBerry phones and not by RIM developers, your chances of getting the answer you are looking for may be thin.
