  Hi all

  I hope you guys can help as I ned it BIG TIME!

  I have to put up all of my work phones (30 + BB classic) and I struggle with the kick tutorial (even if I did it for 5 phones already) and if this does not prevent me then I get the activation error message advising me that I can not add a becuas of email account that is not completed the implementation of process or unit training tutorial (all tutorials are complete and have ticks next to them).

  Please help I need to get these all met as soon as possible. Its so stupid that Blackberry have this stupid process that does not allow a simple set up. Never came across something like this before where you cannot configure a phone without all this hassle account.

  Can anyone help?

• Updated 10 10.3.2 for Classic purchased directly from Blackberry to blackBerry

  I'm in the Netherlands. I bought a classic Blackberry directly from Blackberry (shop.blackberry.com). Load on the device is Blackberry OS 10.3.1.1779. "Check for Updates" on the device indicates is that I have the latest software. It is updates via Blackberry link.

  Does anyone know what I need to do to upgrade to 10.3.2? I just have to wait or is there something else I can do? Given that I bought the machine directly from Blackberry my carrier should have nothing to do with this update.

  I listen to music through the internet and use my Skype much for calls (I work from home). My computer is defined to have the noise by 80% reduction when a call is connected, and it was working fine until 2 weeks ago. Now, the volume decreases at all. I tried to change the setting in the control panel and apply another (50%, cut all other sounds), nothing works. I rebooted the computer, I uninstalled and reinstalled Skype.   I fixed this problem: I went into the control panel and the audio section, manage audio devices - then I put the default computer speakers and my headphone jack usb VOIP as the default communications device. Voila! I hope this will help someone else if it happens to them.
