• Firefox does not remember my cookies, even if I choose history does not forget and remember passwords for sites.

  This occurs if the file desktop.ini in the recent folder is deleted.

  a. Click Start, type "% AppData%\Microsoft\Windows" and press {ENTER}

  b. right click on the folder named recent, then choose Delete. Click Yes when you are prompted.

  c. now, type the command "shell: recent" in the start - menu search box, and then press {ENTER}.

  Note: The command above recreates the recent folder, as well as a new desktop.ini file and opens the file.

  d. disconnect and return connection. You should now see the context menu list of recent items clear when you right click on the recent items on the start menu folder.

  I have a question about some funky text styles that seems to be the case.

  I have a text in my table header (all based on styles)... I noticed that on a 2page spread I'm working currently on (on a 60 page booklet) the text in the header of the table look a little different.  In my view, there are some formatting that I can't replace.  I can't understand why.  I can select text and go to the styles palette and right click.... Then I see an option saying "Apply"first name", clear character styles" (the + symbol next to the style name is not displayed).  This option does not seem to change anything.  The option disappears not or the other.  In addition, clear replacement at the bottom of the palette icon is grayed out.

  Finally, I copied a table from another section to the place where I have a problem and that the text turned funny as well.  Then, I moved the table to the top edge of the page spread and proceeds to the movement back and forth between pages.  I noticed that the text is different depending on the pages of the table is sitting on!  What is happening with this?  Is this a glitch InDesign?  An illusion?  Or is there some substitutions happening on specific pages and not others?

  You have Firefox configured to use automatic private browsing mode. In this mode, the story is temporarily stored during your session but is disabled when you exit Firefox. You should be able to confirm the start of Firefox that there no history from a previous session, for example, in the library (Ctrl + Shift + h) dialog box.
