Clear the ARP cache

Over the past three weeks, the download speed on my WCG200 wireless has fallen below 800, giving me results generally in the range of 500, but as low as 157 and 14.  I went to the wireless network connection status screen, click the support tab and use the repair feature, but I received an error message on the clearing the ARP cache.  I tried a reboot, but I still get the same message.  I use XP.  Any ideas on how to solve this problem?  Thank you.

Click Start, then click Run... Type cmd, and then click ok. You will see a command prompt screen... Here you must type this command exactly as it appears...

netsh interface ip delete arpcache

    The suggestions are enabled/disabled by the user in Acrobat/Reader preferences:

    I think that it is up to the user to decide whether or not they want the feature.

Firefox has always been much faster even with 3 or 4 tabs open, but for the past few weeks trying to update a screen suddenly CPU goes to 100% usage and of course nothing will move until the process is complete. Close one or more tabs does not help. If I close Firefox completely using the task processor Manager goes back down to zero.     No one can tell you anything without the proper system or other technical details info. That said, it just seems that you have disk access problems on your system completely unrelated to AE. You need to fix this and then maybe the disk cache actually work...
