I am at a loss to explain what is happening.

Help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey Buddy,

    > The game is not graphics intensive and worked for about a month without any problems, has recently started to freeze
This could mean that the laptop is overheating
The reason for overheating is the dust that blocks the fan for laptop gets hotter

I recommend to clean using a jet of compressed air to blow the dust from the cooling fans. You can do it without disassembling the computer so it is very easy and takes only 5 minutes.
Just remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter before doing this.

For example I clean my laptop every 4 months because a lot of dust is coming so it s worth it.

  • Windows Explorer stops working at random times while browsing files.

Windows Explorer stops working at random times while browsing files. I tried to fix this by doing a start-up in minimal mode, but without any result.
It all started with a similar problem, Explorer windows stops working at first upward and restarts and stops working again and restarts again and keeps it doing. I've tried several things like do a clean boot, by safe mode, but even there it happened the same thing but this time, stop once and restart it once, and then it worked normally. When I started windows normally, it did the same thing, so I tried and inplace upgrade and did not work, so finally I did a cover, but only on the first partition, which is the operating system, now I have this problem, Explorer stops working at random times while browsing the folders, it restarts, but then the same thing happens.
Please help me I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit and sorry for my bad English.

    Hello
I tried your methods, but still did not work. In the meantime, I did a full restore to two partitions, and it worked. I guess the problem was I uninstalled a few unwanted games, which came with the pc and the anti-virus of the trial.

    Hi djs755ma,

Thanks for posting in the Microsoft answers Community Forums.

Following the suggestions below would be useful to keep your computer working well.

    1. I suggest you to start your computer in safe mode and perform the boot whether if any software is causing this issue.

2 safe mode is a diagnostic mode of windows that starts your computer with the required services necessary to start your computer.

    3. restart your computer and press F8 key continuously when the system starts and before the windows logon screen appears.

    4. you will be prompted with advanced options, select Safe mode to enter.

After that, you perform the clean boot which is a System Configuration utility to determine if a any software causes this problem.

    1. Please read this article which talks about starting clean and how to perform,
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/310353

Alternatively, you can run the Chkdsk utility that checks for bad sectors on your hard drive and fix them.

    1. open the command prompt, type chkdsk /f /r and plan the check disk for the next reboot.

Please visit the link below for more information about this,

    Hello

The problem is with the update of security Microsoft .net Framework 1.1 sp1.
There could be a corruption with the .net framework.
First of all try to download the package to update from Microsoft Download Center and install it on the computer:

  • My computer keeps showing random parts "suddenly stop working" and the computer needs to reboot - I think it's a virus.

I have a problem when occasionally and randomly my computer components apparently all of a sudden "stop working and must close ' which translates into my computer restart itself. This happens a lot, but I can not associate with any particular issue, as it changes each time. I think it's a virus, but nothing seems to be wrong, it's just the inconvenience. I had the computer more than a year and nothing wrong with it. The only other common thing is a program called "twonkymedia" seems to be on my pc and "must be closed", but I can't find anywhere to remove it.

It's driving me crazy now, as can happen at any time during the game, work or other passtimes of the computer.
