I have a Lenovo Ideapad Z500 just for a few days and I discovered the following problem: I put 'doing nothing' in the 'close' Option to cover, then twice, I left the laptop with the lid and in fact it does nothing.     OK, thanks for all your help and ideas. Finally, I gave up running JavaScript, instead, I created another dynamic action that closes the dialog box with a later sequence (for example, it runs after the PL/SQL code).  Now, it closes the windows properly after running pl/sql clause.  Although I still wonder how to run JavaScript because it doesn't do anything, even when I create a process to run javascript directly.

I noticed this problem for the first time when using RDP to my desktop, but it wasn't the first time I've done RDP. I have not installed new hardware or drivers. Am not able to nail the question, would appreciate any help.

    If you have a pretty good level of computer skills, you can test some components yourself although it is more difficult to make accurate material on a laptop computer troubleshooting.

    Thanks for sharing of log files, we would like to know the name of the Adobe software that appear in the menu "programs and features" after using the cleaning tool.

    We would also like to know the version of the creative cloud that you try to install.

    This is the tool that you can use to uninstall Cloud Creative: CC help | Uninstall the creative desktop application Cloud.

    You get a message when creative cloud crashes? If so, please let us know of the possible screenshot.
