  Yes, confirm this answer of philipp is correct for this problem, the problem is the graphics card intel hd3000 with an old driver current, the easy way is to disable hardware acceleration,... to be honest... I think that workaround and lose all the benefits of hardware acceleration.

  Try instead these instructions:

  Follow the steps below to rub the software and then reinstall it.
  1. open %Temp% and delete all the files in this folder. There may be some files that may still be in use, and you can ignore these files.
  2 download the full feature software and drivers
  Photosmart C7250 software (Windows 7)

  3. double-click on the downloaded file to extract the files
  4. once the software install window press Cancel or Exit to close the Setup program
  5. type % temp % in the field run or search programs and files.
  6 find the starting with 7z folder (example: 7zS2356)
  7. right click on 7z file and choose copy
  8. close the window by %temp% and then right click in the middle of your desktop and choose Paste
  9 open the 7z folder
  10 open the Util folder
  11 open the CCC folder
  12 run the Uninstall_L4 and then follow the instructions on the screen to remove the software.
  13. when the software has been removed, restart your computer
  14. run the Accessories\ System Tools Disk Cleanup
  15 open the 7z desktop folder and run the setup.exe file to reinstall the printer.

  I recently tried to install VM Player on my Toshiba M200. When I restarted my computer, I found that my network connections did not work.   I'm desperate so please let me know what options I have or what I can do about it. The physical keyboard works during startup until the first Windows startup screen appears. No NumLock or such work at the time when I get to the login screen.

  I have found cleaners and tried both version 4 and version 2 as Windows uninstall although I still have version 11 on my system, but could not uninstall it.  Even after using detergents and restarting, the installation of Acrobat Reader complained that it was a newer version of the PC alreadyon and came out of the installer.

  I finally decided to remove all records of Adobe in C:\ProgramData and that did the trick.  I was able to reinstall the version 11 player, and I think I'll stay with that after the nightmare of all clouds 'features' in Windows 10.

That would restore most of the default settings, but you keep all your settings and bookmarks, passwords, etc. You would lose your themes and extensions you installed well. What do you think?
