  Just got a family run Vista premium, Equium L40-156, everything is going well except a little problem with the display adapter (Mobile Intel 965).

  Tried the drivers from the website of intel

  All have the same problem, in Device Manager, it shows with an error (the pretty yellow triangle with the "!") with an error code 12 (the device cannot find enough free resources) even after a system resart.

  Switching view hidden devices displays a 2nd same device, but works correctly, but the two disappear if I try to delete either.
  Display settings do not display a connected device, DXDIAG had no idea either.

  Latest version of the BIOS installed, all other devices are very good and can not see an IO overlap anywhere

  Well, what to say; usually this error message should not appear with the original Toshiba preinstalled operating system.
  I put t know if you have changed something or add an additional device, but it would be very interesting to know if the same error message appears after the reinstallation of the OS.

  I have two lenses (one internal, one external) who suddenly are not recognized. Both are appearing in Device Manager with the same error as follows:
  Windows cannot start this hardware device because its information of configuration (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

  After uninstalling and re - install them both several times, including resetting devices still not change state.

  Currencies are: DVD-ROM TOSHIBA SD - R6112 (internal)
  TSST corp CD/DVGW SH-S182M peripheral USB (external)

  To my knowledge a registry problem was detected. This can occur when more than one service is defined for a device, if there is a failure at the opening of the service registry entry, or if the driver name cannot be obtained from the service registry entry.

  As far as I know Microsoft provides these options of solution:

  Click on uninstall and click Scan for hardware changes to load a usable driver.
  Restart the computer using safe mode, and then select last good known Configuration. This cancels the last successful configuration of the registry.

  In addition, you can try to remove the Upperfilters and the LowersFilters of this registry entry:
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\ {4 D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

  Since it seems to be so many things, I suggest the following steps (reboots insert a lot of restarting your PC... not only restarts, but at full power down).   I have a 43 error that keeps appearing and disappearing.  USB devices worked for a day then stopped working since.  It started sometime in March, and now they are not coming back.  The USB mouse lights up as if it was on and lights up when you move like its supposed to do but it still does not work.  The keyboard does nothing.  I am currently using a ps/2 keyboard.  I have a Windows 8 Inspiron 660 computer with a motherboard Asrock z77 pro4 and a gtx 275 graphics card.  Although my windows is not 'true' so to speak I bought it on its Web site.  I have also 2 monitors connected, one to the motherboard the other to the graphics card.  In Device Manager, the "unknown devices" are sometimes there and sometimes not.  So far, I have tried

  1. Uninstall the usb ports controllers.
  2. Download the latest drivers for my device.
  3. Update the computer several times.
  4. Unplug the unit and plug the usb devices.
  5. Plug my camera on other computers and they worked,
  6. Connect the other devices work in my computer that did not work.
  7. Thanks to the Fixit kit which does not work.

  I was wondering if I pay for support and it does not solve my problem I would get a refund or not.  I have also to documents on when usb devices worked.

• Installed OR-DAQmx Base 15.0 for Device Manager (PCI-MIO-16-4 & PCI 6713) Watch always point of exclamation on both cards.

  There are two cards I have installed on this computer. The two cards are PCI-MIO-16-4 & PCI-6713. They all have two cable connecting to each other on top. The current operating system is Windows 7 64-bit with 4 GB of memory.  I went to the drivers OR support and typed in the serial number for these two cards. The two cards came back with the same drivers. That is NEITHER-DAQmx Base 15.0. Installed the driver NOR-DAQmx Base 15.0, but shows Device Manager always the exclamation point on those two cards. So, I tried to search for new hardware and get a message saying cannot install driver. I also tried to restart. Help, please.
