  You could not lost the product key because the recovery disk is already activated.
  So you n t need any key to install the OS by using the recovery disk.

  But if you have lost the recovery disc then you can order it from here:

  Windows 8 Dell systems are pre-activated from the factory. Once the PC is turned on, it remains active unless there is significant physical changes such as the motherboard or hard drive replacement. If you reinstall Windows on the computer, there not need product key as it is injected on the motherboard of the factory.

  I've updated my laptop and I'm trying to install Adobe Photoshop Elements v13 on the new laptop computer. The new laptop has windows 10, 64-bit operating system. I installed the software and install my serial number ok but then get the following error:

  ERROR: DF024: cannot move the file in "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common {C75EDFE2-E94B-476D-89B6-A13C1D98BD03} \_338_8e64625118ce a2e86bf28f020718390f" 'C:\Program Files\Adobe\Elements 13 Organizer\\libiomp5md.dll' error 32 the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process... Try setting the correct permissions for the specified file/folder or parent, so that the admin has the right to modify. (450 Seq)

  Please could you let me know how I fix this? I had no problem before installation and tried to install it a couple of times, but get the same error.

  I lost my license key to my Photoshop Elements 8, the program was part of an agreement of packadge when I bought my Canon 9000 scanner - for which I stil have the receipt.   The serial key can only be used for the activation of the product, which it is, then you will not be able to activate another version of Photoshop elements with that.

  Unfortunately, Photoshop elements 6.0 is a very old product and we don't have a download link available for it, however if you have your installation disc then you can install it from there.

  The license for installing XP on an eMachines computer will be an OEM is restricted to use on this computer. It cannot be moved to an another computer/motherboard.

  If you want to make true on the new computer, first check and see if this computer has a COA OEM sticker on the case.

  If so, then you have use the product key update tool to change the key and then probably activate by phone.

  If this isn't the case, then your only hope is to see if you can find a reputable provider with stock of XP Home and purchase who then use the tool to update product key with the new key.
