• I have been putting cookies and my url window and tab missing file. I think they're covered. How do I find them?

  I've been putting cookies and my url window disappeared, as well as my file tab. The only thing on the top of my screen are the tabs in the window (web page tabs) and I just installed a tool bar. My original toolbar disappeared with the rest. I think they are covered, but do not know how to find out. I even put firefox to default settings... no luck HELP! Please, I beg you.

  Using the F8 method:

  1. Restart your computer.
  2. When the computer starts, you will see your computer hardware are listed. When you see this information begins to tap theF8 key repeatedly until you are presented with theBoot Options Advanced Windows Vista.
  3. Select the Safe Mode with networking with the arrow keys.
  4. Then press enter on your keyboard to start mode without failure of Vista.
  5. To start Windows, you'll be a typical logon screen. Connect to your computer and Vista goes into safe mode.
  6. Do whatever tasks you need and when you are done, reboot to return to normal mode.

• Creating a service; What must be included in tnsnames.ora and JDBC url?

  We have a 2 RAC node.
  

  DB name   = mbsprd
  Instance1  = mbsprd1
  Instance2  = mbsprd2

  I want 1 Instance (mbsprd1) to use for our OLTP and Instance 2 (mbsprd2) application to use for another nature DSS request.
  
  According to the syntax

  srvctl add service -d <dbname> -s <ServiceName> -r <Preferred Instance> -a <Available Instance>

  I create 2 services
  
  -Creation of a service called OLTP

  srvctl add service -d mbsprd -s OLTP  -r mbsprd1 -a mbsprd2

  -Creation of a service called DSS

  srvctl add service -d mbsprd -s DSS  -r mbsprd2 -a mbsprd1

  -Start services

  srvctl start service -d mbsprd -s OLTP
  
  srvctl start service -d mbsprd -s DSS

  I guess the above steps are sufficient to set up a service on the side server.
  
  I would like to know what needs to be done on the client side.

  When you type a URL in the address bar, Firefox 9 will load normally this URL directly without doing a search. If this does not work for you, it might be because some other software has changed the settings.   You can also try questions Troubleshoot Firefox in Safe Mode to see if the problem is caused by an add-on to Firefox.

• Recently downloaded version 9.0.1 and the url is not valid for the default home page. The default home page is still supported?

  I currently have www.google.com set as my homepage, but Firefox says that the url is not valid for the default home page.

  The problem is now solved with the current version of Firefox 10.0. Thanks for the help ccbrunt and SafeBrowser.

• New windows open with different toolbars (and missing URL bar)

  When I select the button 'New window' or 'Open in a new window' in the context menu, opens a new window of Firefox - however, the toolbars are completely different from the original open window. Specifically, the URL address bar is missing.

  I use an ASA and WebVPn. It all works well, but on the left side of the WebVpn page. I can enter in any url I love and get on this side, internal or external. Is there a way to delete this box where you enter a url.

  So I have the need to provide two SSL VPN environments for two different clients on the same ASA 5510 appliance.  Can I create two group policies, each with a group unique url and then assign a certificate corresponding to the Group url?  From the point of view of the intellectual property, they would all be hitting the same outside IP address.

  On your request, let me divide 2 parts:

  1. can you use 2 different urls on the SAA for two separate connection profiles

  2. can you use 2 separate certificates to validate the two URLS

  Regarding your first question, yes it is possible. You will need to create 2 separate group policy and 2 connection profiles Tunnel aka groups. Under each tunnel group define a separate url group and assign the corresponding group policy. Your configuration might look like this:

  In-house strategy group customer ASA (config) #.
  Strategy of customer attributes group ASA (config) #.

  (to configure the respective attribute)

  ASA (config) # Tunnel - group customer type remote access
  ASA (config) # Tunnel - group customer General attributes
  ASA(config-tunnel-General) # by default-group-policy customer

  ASA (config) # tunnel - group customer webvpn-attributes

  ASA(config-tunnel-WebVPN) # group - url https://ASA1/remote.customera.com

  Repeat the steps above and replace "customer" by "CustomerB".

  As for your second question, you can only configure a trustpoint to be used with a single interface. If you do one of the following:

  1. get a UCC (Unified Client certificate) to your ASA:

  Get a UCC with multiple CNs / without (Subject Alternative Name extensions) for each domain COMPLETE/IP ASA. If you need a certificate of the UCC with CN to FQDN or IP and no master for each SAA: ASA-1 FQDN or IP, ASA-2 FULL FQDN or IP domain name and so on. Several suppliers PKI/certificates are supported entrust.com, verisign, UCC:godaddy.com, etc.

  Note: the ASA cannot generate a certificate request (CSR) signature with multiple WITHOUT (CSCso70867 is development requesting this capability), so you must be the seller of the PKI to submit the entry for you.

  ASA set a trustpoint "and Install/import the UCC certifcate in this trustpoint. Bind this trustpoint to the external interface.

  2 OR a certificate with wildcards. Generic certificates are discouraged in favour of the UUC certs. According to a seller, Entrust, these are the 2 main reasons:

  1. UCC is more secure than Wildcard certificates since Entrust UC Certificates specify exactly the hosts and domains must be protected
  2. UCC is more flexible than Wildcard certificates since Entrust UC certificates are not limited to a single domain

  Chrome is not supported at this time in any version of Hyperion (via 11.1.2.2).

  Firefox 3.5 and above all is documented to be supported. Some time that I actually tried to use Firefox with the following - in previous versions there are some quirks with certain products and/or pages.

  The best way to prove how it works to test. If you do not have a 11.1.2.1 environment you could launch an Amazon with FRIEND image are available (see my blog).

• In the browser, the title of my page is added with the word "Test" and my URL contains additional characters.

  When I publish my site on my server, the pages appear fine but my page titles all have the word "Test" added to them even if I did not use this word in the titration or by mentioning my Muse pages.

  Also, the URLS of the pages equipped with additional characters after the .html. I don't know what is the cause.

  Anyone know what is happening here and how I can fix?

  Go to the "Presentation" of your 'Page Properties' section of the master page and check if it says 'Test' in the section "prefix to the Page title. Check this short video to find out how to check it: http://jingsite.businesscatalyst.com/jing/2013-10-03_0258.swf

  On the suffix in the URL of the pages, I noticed that some pages have the suffix and some of them did not. In addition, the suffix charge only once the pages are loaded (therefore is not part of the URL). It may be related to a code that you have added to pages or the "HTML for the head" section of these pages. You can check this aspect once and try to remove the codes to check if these suffix disappear.
