• App made with App Builder V32.1 on iOS 8 won't install on iPad

  I had a problem with an application with subscription done with App Builder V32.1 on iOS 8.

  The process was OK, no error message, I have download the .ipa and then I download on my iPad via iTunes. I synced everything and then I saw my application on the device, but the icon is darker and there is a text under the icon that the app is being installed.

  Thank you for your answer, but unfortunately you are wrong, at least for my case :-)

  I remove the old mobileprovision files, I made a new AppID and associate devices and then I built new mobileprovision... files and it still does not work.

  After a day spent trying to understand the problem, I resolved to make a few new certificates and then it works.

  I don't know why, 'old' certificates are used in other applications, and they are still valid.

  This solution works, but now I have to check if it is possible to update the older App with a new one with a different certificate. The credentials of the Apple Developer are the same, but there is no documentation on this topic.

• Problem with scrollbar after update with App Builder 32.4.4.

  I just created an app update with the new version of the DPS App Builder (32.4.4.). After the update the scroll bar (of the Viewer - no content drop-down) moved to it of original position. (see screenshot)

  The update went live Saturday. If you do not have automatic updates enabled for your devices, then you should see the update in the App Store Update tab.

• Android App builder v27 sign

  There is a known issue on the signing of an Android app with a key .keystore with App Builder v27?

  I have an application already published on Google play, this means that I can not change the key at all in order to upgrade. He was already signed (several times) with a valid cheque for .keystore until 2040 (double checked).

  At the moment he always says "not a valid key" when I try to sign and to download.

  It also returns the same error with a freshly generated .keystore (using the keytool utility). He worked with a former .p12 certificate, I already had.

  Would it be an incompatibility with the version of the keytool utility that I used to generate the key or what?

  With this update we are more able to specify custom library code and hide the Navigation bar at the same time, we were able to do in the last version. Is - this intentional? It can be restored?

  I found the solution on another post (Re: running/debugging on a device with Flash Builder 4.7 on OSX 10.9 (Mavericks) and iOS7) having a problem installing app on the Mavericks.

  Disable your WiFi device and install your application in Flash Builder. Then activate your wifi device. It works for me.

  I'm doing an app with Indesign. When I download the application with the Builder app everything works until the end, I don't get the files to download.

  I only get the option enable the user to simple editing. I followed all the steps on this forum to make things work, but it did not make sense.

  I ordered Adobe CC membership from a Dutch company Slim.nl (it is for students and teachers), they say it's full membership and I can download all the software.

  On the internet, I found an article that said that the Slim software of Adobe do not support digital publishing service. This could be the reason why the app Builder does not work?  I asked Slim.nl, but they say that I have full membership.

  Maybe someone can confirm that there are several versions of full membership.

  You launch the App Builder by going to the item Create App in the flyout in Panel of Folio Builder? Don't launch App Builder directly from the Applications.

  If you run the App Builder in the menu drop down and will always ask for a serial number then your CC subscription does not include simple editing.

  Ive just subscribing to edition Pro DPS and begins to build my Viewer application, however im getting an error with the title i.d. and password in the app Builder

  It says niether the id of title or password are valid, but they are the same that I used for the two newspapers in builder app and download my Folio to folio producer.

  Yes, the account management stuff is confusing when you place a 'creative' account to a Pro account. As said the updated guide on the road when you configure your Pro account, you must use dedicated Adobe ID such as [email protected] and [email protected], not [email protected]. The Folio copy command makes it easy to transfer the folios from one account to another, especially if you do it on the same machine that you used to create the folios. All right.

  Yet once again, do not use your 'master' account to create and publish folios. Use it only for the administration of accounts.

• Signature for Apple failed with the new App Builder

  I created a new application (simple editing creative cloud) with the new version of App Builder and I spend more than 4 hours trying to get my certificate to work.

  In my case, the solutions was one of the articles was called 'cover_h '.

  After changing the name of the article in "startingpage_h" everything worked fine. Don't know why

• Problem with DPS App Builder and iPhone

  Anyone else see a problem with launcing is a 'DPS App Builder"App on the iPhone 4S. The app will launch, shows the splash screen and then close. Closing the application or the phone and launch new doesn't make any difference. He arrived with version 22 or 23. The same app launched on an iPad 2 has no problem.

  Ok. I built a new version of 22 App from scratch rather than update the 21 to 22 version I already had my DPS App Builder. This time it worked, no crash at launch on the iPhone. Also downloaded an edition in the sandbox and it worked fine.

  I would caution anyone to spend 21 to 22/23 with this new version of the App Builder. Take the extra few minutes and build it from scratch.

  This should now be resolved and you should be able to update App Builder to file 31 - 2.dmg and it will work.

  I had the same problem.

  After reassigned all icons and files zip splash screens, I got the same message.

  I left the DPS App Builder and have updated the application again without reallocating the icons... again.

  After that everything went well.
