  OK im don't know if im getting static and its pressing stuff.   Is not the charger provided with your phone, a USB cable and an adapter that plugs into the wall? That's what you're supposed to do. It looks like you use a charger that is not correct for the phone.

  It is not a problem. This is a design feature which is present in all iPhones and all versions of iOS for 9 years. WiFi turns off 30 seconds after the phone goes to sleep to save battery life. If you want to keep it you must connect the phone to the power.
