  I have a WRT54GS which we got the network for more than a year. (Encryption WPA setting).   Note that this is quite the same when ECHO is turned off, except that step 2 does not occur.

  Now, it's quite identical to the output during the next show the * IDN? order Tera Term:

  (Tera term, does not display the CR (\r) or line feed (\n) as does the VISA Committee).

  Thus, it would seem that the VISA panel communicates with the DMM in the same way as terminal, it is simply not actively reading such as Tera term and requires the user to request a read line.

  What I don't understand is the difference between the behavior of the DMM when you use the Tera term or the Panel test VISA and when using LabVIEW.

  When communicating with the DMM in terms of Tera or the VISA sign, the digital multimeter answers ranging from 1 view state to indicate status 2 (see images below).  When you try to use even the simplest example communication series live or the driver plug-and-play Fluke screws, the DMM remains to view state 1.  Note that the change of State 1 to State 2 happens only after the launch of a connection in Tera term or the VISA sign; so, I think I'm having a problem where LabVIEW is unable to acquire a lock for communication with the instrument series.

  If someone has some, please let me know if you have a way to solve this particular problem.

  This is the first time I see that the windows firewall is disabled and when I try to turn the action center it shows like below. then when I click on manual settings it shows as the second screen.

  I tried to install the updates from HP, but it shows again a red alert in the Security State, see below.

  Currently, using Quick heal Total security and it is valid for 3 years.

  4 HP ENVY laptop - operating system: Windows 7 Home Basic 64 - bit Service Pack 1

  As you have difficulties to turn the firewall please find the steps below to resolve this issue.

  Perform the following steps and install automatic updates and then try to turn on the firewall.

  Run an online scan to check any virus or any other malicious software:

  Run as Administrator Security Center;
  http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/understanding-security-and-safe-computing

  Perform the following steps and update the computer:

  1. click on start, type Notepad in the start search box, and then click Notepad in the list programs.

  2 copy the following text, and then paste the text into Notepad:

  start wuauserv sc config = auto

  SC config bits start = auto

  SC config start = auto DcomLaunch

  net stop wuauserv

  net start wuauserv

  net stop bits

  net start bits

  net start DcomLaunch

  Click file, click Save as, and then type Repair.bat.

  3. in the file type box, click all files (*. *).

  4. in the save box, click Desktop, and then click Save.

  5. in the file menu, click on exit.

  6. right - click on the Repair.bat file that you saved in step 5, and then click Run as administrator. This action starts the required services. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on continue.

  7. try again to install updates. If you install the updates, delete the file Repair.bat. To remove the file Repair.bat, right-click Repair.bat, click on remove and then click Yes.

  Stop your Mac. Now start with the SHIFT key is pressed. This will start in Safe Mode, with all extensions turned off. Safe mode is slow to start, so give it time, it checks a lot of staff. If it works fine in Safe Mode, restart normally. If it works now, you are finished.

  If the problem comes back after a reboot, you have an extension conflict. Disable all extensions via system preferences. To isolate which extension is at fault, turn on an extension at the same time, restart in the meantime, until you find the bad Apple.

  I am trying to add my CP1525nw to Google Cloud Print as a Cloud, and not as a LOCAL printer printer, however every time that I add my eprint email I get the following message. "Impossible to analyze the capabilities of the printer" - I tried for public and private use for eprint settings with no luck.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I tried the reset email with no luck...

  I chatted with HP support, and although the representative was extremely courteous, they could not help me.  The support agent assured me that the matter would be taken at a higher level and looked so I hope that we can have a resolution here shortly.

  Received a response from the original HP rep that I chatted with online.  In short, it was not able to find a solution and States, that the question will be sent upwards to the highest level of technical support from HP...  We shall see.

  EDIT - 05/25/11:

  After 2 months of waiting, HP has corrected the problem.  Don't forget to upgrade to the latest firmware and check all the settings before continuing.

  The fix came from the side server - this defiinitely had nothing to do with the firmware.  I've updated on Monday for the latest on the HP website and it was still not working.   The gentlemen of tech support that helped me sent me an email a few hours after we talked, saying the sea a fix was to come.

  Nevertheless, I am happy without worrying how the fix is here!

  It took only 2 months to fix, but I'm glad it is.

  250 GB HARD drive
  C: 116 GB - NTFS - Windows XP (Vista initially)
  D: 1, 5 GB - NTFS - (Vista Recover?..)
  E: 117 GB - RAW (was NTFS prior to crash)

  Local drive E: MFT have been damaged because of the virus attack (I hope not because of my madness!). It's NTFS, now it's RAW. I got all the necessary data partition with program ZAR, but all my attempts to recover or just the format E: remained unsuccessful.
  None of the defective sectors found on the HARD drive. Standard Windows tool to format the disks fails: 'it's impossible to finish the formatting of E:

  Before this problem with the E: drive, I had several problems with HARD drive. I have never divided re discs, to Partition Magic from the beginning he identified incorrectly. I tried Partition Magic 7 and 8.

  I would like to just launch Recovery to restore the HARD drive to its factory condition. If the recovery fails, you can try to delete the partitions with FDISK from a startup MS-DOS disk. Free bootdisks can be found at www.bootdisk.com

  FDISK can also repair a Master Boot Record by running this command: FDISK/MBR
  But it is not 100% reliable, it could cause more harm than good.

  My name is Luke Ho. I am trying to acquire the signal with Labview (Sthelescope). The signal comes from sensor acoustics, then filters and amplifiers to adapt to ADC rank (0 - 5V). Thus, the maximum frequency of the signal is 40 kHz.

  According to the Nyquist theorem, I sampled at least 80 Khz signal.

  Is there a sampling frequency devices like that? or y at - it another way of better? I used the Arduino before, but it was about 10 kHz.

  We have an application in which there is a provision of the redundancy of the system. By redundancy, I want to say that I have a CFP-2120 and a host PC. Both are accquiring real-time AI module using concept shared Variable values. Each of these variables is linked with a particular channel of the Module & will acquire the data automatically. Initially when the system is Ok, the PC acquires data from the PSC 1800 using ethernet. Now, suppose that the ethernet connection has been lost, now that the PC will not be able to acquire. At this point, I want my PC to acquire data from the PSC 1800 using RS 232. In this case the binding of the variable with channel won't be of such use. I think that in this case, what I can do is to accquire data .vi FP READ and update the variable by plugging the variable for each channel.

  What else will be the solution. Can someone tell me if my colleague and I are on the right track or if the best solution is here, please share with us.
