  I understand that computer analysis can not be activated as well as the scan and combine them into a single pdf document. With your printer HP Officejet 7610. I am pleased to see that for you!

  At this time for this model. There is no software and drivers for Mac OS X 10.12 again, given that the operating system has just been launched, it could take some time. For the time being, you can try to use HP Easy Scan to see if that can meet your scanning preferences. In otherwise, all we can do is wait for the software and drivers to be released.

  You can always store as .ai files and should. But create a PDF file for the feature of the combine. Just to be sure, have you tried to open a .ai file in Acrobat (not combine) and doing a job? I do not suspect. If this isn't the case, then it is clear that you must first create the PDF file for the graphic illustrator. Acrobat cannot convert automatically all types of files as PDF documents, but only selected application files. I'm not sure that the illustrator files are a selected application. You seem to assume that Acrobat should be able to open any file and it is not the case.

I know that you can save the Excel worksheet to a PDF document, but it takes too much time and space on our server. We must be able to combine the Excel file with files Post Script together at a time instead of going back to add more later.   My guess is that you have OFFICE 2010 or newer. AA 9 PDF Maker that is necessary for what you want to do is not compatible with OFFICE 2010.

  Individually Acrobat can convert these files in a .pdf file, but when I chose select all the .indd files by using the option 'combine' and after loading all of the files in the window and then "select" merge into one file "Acrobat gives a message it is not the application that created the .indd files."

  You should not use Acrobat to create PDF from InDesign files. Each InDesign file is to be exported to pdf format. Then, if you can combine PDF files resulting in a single pdf file in Acrobat.

  You can use the functionality combine in Acrobat for that.

  You can also open an Acrobat and drag all TIFF files in the form of Acrobat to create a PDF file

  If you are is no longer able to do this, try to repair Acrobat and check.

  No - it's something you need on your development computer.  It contains all the necessary documents, code examples, etc in order to teach you how to develop with Acrobat.

  You must upgrade to Acrobat Pro. Then, you would be able to use an Action to convert all the files in your file (s) to PDF format and later on another Action (+ script) to combine them into a single PDF file. So basically, it's a 3 step process. Is not ideal, but not too hard, either.

  You can manually retrieve to individual PDF pages and then combine them into a single PDF file. Exactly how you do it depends on which version of Acrobat you are using. For example, in Acrobat 9 you would ' Document > extract Pages ', then ' file > combine > merge > merge files into a single PDF ", and you will then have to rearrange the pages. If you need to do this a lot, you can automate the process of extracting the pages using a batch sequence and a bit of JavaScript.
