Compaq Desktop Front panel usb pin possiblity S6300nx

Understand the standard pin #s for usb, but my braces usp of façade looks different with son only go (first level of level two connectors) to the pins 1,5,7,9 #, 3 # ignored. so that my profile looks like: 1 5 7 9

6 2.4 x 8.  What is the assignment of women?

It seems that your computer uses the motherboard Kamet2.

This Manual seems to be for your motherboard that it corresponds to the specifications.  Page 11 is the USB pins and what each is for.  Based on the schema, it looks like they are all used.  Pin 3 in your diagram would be USB p6-.

  • HP workstation xw6200 model number: DU937AV - a Front Panel USB HUB added

    Good afternoon

I'm back with a double question this time.

    (a) my XW6200 in its current configuration offers only two frontal USB 2 ports, the other 6 being located on the rear panel. Would it not possible to add a front panel USB Hub?

    (b) what about 3 USB ports? What do you think about adding to my machine?

Thank you very much for your help.

  • By default, Labview 8.6 places conventional controls on the front panel; Is it possible to change the default settings to modern or Express possible?...

The default value is of modern controls and I always change to classic.

I am classic and the classic controls are much easier to adapt to what I want.

options GOTO and look along all tabs to find the place where the new vi is adjustable and modern controls by default

But keep in mind only new i's, old vi must be changed in the properties of this vi.

  • Is it possible to call a .exe (non-LabVIEW, such as Notepad) in a child windown on the front panel?

I would like to launch a stand-alone .exe inside the front of my VI.  It is a piece of software by the provider of a sensor that I try to incorporate in my VI.  I was able to find how to call the .exe using the .NET constructor and invoke nodes.  However, the application opens in its own window.  Is there a way to run from a child window within the façade (ideally, within a tab on the front panel control)?

    I'm in LabVIEW 8.6.

    Thank you.

    smercurio_fc wrote:
I don't think that it actually works. My understanding is limited about this feature, but since I read it only works with the pop-up windows and windows that are already children. The application's main window is not a child window.

I've done it before.  I have attached a simple example using Notepad.  Make sure that the notebook is already open no open files.  Since the example is not the position of the child window, the position relative to the window will be the same, because it is off the desk.  So, make sure the upper left corner of the Notepad is close to the origin of the desktop computer.

  • Is it possible to use a box Structure to hide digital indicators on the front panel, when they are not in use?

I'm rather new to LabVIEW, only used for about 1.5 weeks from this post, it means that I may be missing something pretty obvious due to ignorance, but is it possible to make my front to change as my changes of breakage due to the selection of the user to a certain case via the front panel?

The goal of the program is to make a simple layout for a user who uses the digital multimeter that the proposed code is designed for and I don't want tons of digital controllers and such clutter the screen that do not work with the function of the user uses to measure with.

    Thanks in advance.

    Yes.

Two ways: 1. use a tab control.

    2. use of property nodes (Visible property).

The tab control is a bit easier on the block diagram, but if some controls should appear in many cases it is difficult to do.  Property nodes take more space on the diagram but allows you the versatility to do almost everything you want.

Read the help files and look at a few examples.

  • How remove the border from the front panel when vi is running?

How can I run a vi without its grey border front?

Or how can I color border of the Panel front black in order to run it on a desktop computer whose color is black?

In the attached vi written in labview8.6, I would like to launch a vi and display an image, a checkerboard, for example, without the white border of vi.

I hope not to have to the size of the vi to a size greater than the size of the screen that I would like to move the front panel of the vi to different possible positions on the monitor.

    Thank you

In the properties of the category VI "Appearance of the window", go into customize.

In the appearance of window customize, uncheck the check box allow the user to resize the window. It will be useful.

  • Audio front panel

Hi, I need help to connect my audio front panel wires. USB easier now but the audio are a pain. I like better those who have sons in a single connector. The son I have are all separate and they are: black GND, GND purple, L - in blue, red L-out, Mic-in, R in white green, R-out, Mic-Bias Orange yellow. The Board of Directors, it shows for each type audio you have and my Board has HD audio so I guess that I follow the pinout of the HD, but my son seem to match the AC 97 legacy. Available to the Board of Directors is:

HD: GND presence Sense1_Retur Sense2_Retur [missing]

    Port1R Port2R Sense_Send Port2L Port1L
Legacy AC 97: ALWAYS NC NC NC [missing]
    MIC2 MicPwr Line Out_R NC Line Out_L
It is the order of the pins.
I don't understand why they only comes all the wires and all the pins on the motherboard, the same and name them all the same. Make life easier lol.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

  • e9180f: removal of the front panel? e9180f

Hello, I need to clean my power swith (on the upper edge of the front panel) due to a spill of food products.  I have a side removed by removing a screw in the back and then dragging to the rear of the side panel. I don't remember if I already had the cabinet apart one more than this. The front panel can break, but I fear I will "break the BAD thing. I'm sure that WD - 40 or other cleaner used by switch electronic only should be OK. Thank you all for help.

  • OR scope Soft Front Panel fails to load

    Hello

I use the scope Soft Front Panel OR with my USB NI 5132 for some time successfully. However, recently it has stopped working completely - seems to load a bit then fails before you even open the screen. The same thing happens in MAX I did all the updates critical, uninstalled then reinstalled NI Scope, uninstalled Labview (the only thing I had changed after the last time, I know that it worked successfully) and checked the nitaglv.dll library was in the right place according to this post: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/63739991438EC593862579C6007301EC

So far nothing's worked. I NI SCOPE 4.0 and NI-VISA 5.3.0 installed, and the computer could see successfully the digitizer USB 5132 Max after the relocation OR scope, well that the flexible façade does not always load and making the Panel test Max also does not.

I have attached a picture of the screen to load before it disappears so that could provide clues.

    Suggestions?

  • How to scroll through the front panel when running

    Hello

I'm using LabVIEW 8.5. I want to scroll the front panel automatically according to the moving object. I enclose a vi for example, in which I move the image, but if it is out of range of screen I have to scroll manually horizontal scroll bar to see the position of the image, it is possible that it automatically scrolls according to my position of the object.

    -Thanks in advance

    Hi, Mary,

Well, now I see what you wanted. From my point of view using front panel scrolling for this animation is wrong way (if not I do not know your final objectives).

I would recommend that you use the image for this control. Here the work by hand a little more, but you will get better results and will not scroll to your façade.

For example, "quick and dirty" implemented:

  • HP Z620: Front panel connector pinout

Kindly help me on what is the pinout of front panel to motherboard HP Z60 connectors? Nothing is indicated on the map.

Here is the motherboard front pinouts.  This is a view of the motherboard.  PIN 6 is the key, a missing brooch, which helps determine the orientation of the connector.

The Z420, Z620, Z820 and all have the same front panel connector pinout.

-Terminals 2 and 4 are for the power light.  HP systems have back to back LED connected between these pins.  A white LED lights up in red and a normal functioning (and flashes error codes) when there are errors.

-Connect a switch momentary between pins 7 and 8 will turn on the computer and off.

-The sensor pins are for a thermal sensor in cable from the front panel.  If it's sensor is not installed, the system fans will probably ramp at full speed and very noisy.

-Speaker Out is the internal speaker.

  • Effectively save the front panel settings

Hello.  Just a quick question: is there a way to effectively interrogate all the settings on the front panel and save them in a file to be loaded later?  I know that this is possible by making the keys for each, but my front panel has a huge 38 parameters that need to be saved.  Using the methods I found online and elsewhere in this forum, save a large number of parameters is possible, but would be very tedious.  I was wondering if there was a more efficient way, as a command to mark all present controls and group them into an easy to manipulate the cluster.
