  Disable all passwords that are enabled

  If current password request - type the unlock code

  New password, simply press the ENTER key
  Repeat the same thing to check the password column.

  Then exit the BIOS saving & exit option to save the changes.

If you reside in the United States or to the Canada, you can contact HP technical support to the 1-800-474-6836 or if you reside in another country, you can click on this link and then click on your country and the number is provided.

  If you have access to another computer, you can order them online.

  2. click on drivers and software

  3. Insert the product number or model number

  4. choose your current operating system

  5 scroll down to "order recovery Media.

  Because you have Windows 8 disk must be there unless the computer is so new that they were not placed on the site yet.
