  My keyboard and trackpad on my Compaq Presario CQ60 laptop do not react and do not have external devices to see if it is an internal matter.   Hello, I'm having a problem with my NEW Compaq Presario CQ60-216DX mother. Every time it boots up vista and I run internet explorer, I get a strange blue screen which exports a file memory and reboots.

  I have the feeling that this might have been caused by a virus, but I can't do something, because Vista can't reformat long for some reason any.

  I tried a hard test in my motherboard and he said that there is something wrong with my hard drive.
